Great Cafe!!!. When you first walk into Blue Star you notice the smell of roasting coffee (they roast their own beans!), and it's health conscious, laid back vibe. The customer service is awesome! The baristas are so friendly, and accommodating. The juices are amazing! If you can think it, Blue Star can juice it. And it's all done with fresh fruits and veggies. No sugar added! Because Blue Star roasts their own beans, the coffee is always fresh, and so good! And if you ever want to have that cup of coffee at home, they also sell whole beans.

Fresh Juice and Coffee. Try the Cobra fresh juice- nothing else like it in the valley! If you enjoy fresh coffee try any of the brews but ask if Lonewolf is in the pot- a bold, dark brew that tastes really, really good. See you there!

SLC's Juice Bar!. Blue Star Cafe (AKA Blue Star Juice and Coffee) is the kind of neighborhood hang out you stumble across and are shocked that not every body knows about it. Blue Star has successfully combined fresh juice and coffee in a way that works and is just really cool. It is bright, fun and has a healthy, active atmosphere but you don't find anybody ringing a bell and shouting "tip, tip hooray!" You feel comfortable drinking juice or sipping on their great coffee that they roast on location. I wish they had more food but they do have really good breakfast sandwiches and I hear an extended menu is on the way. It is worth searching out and is a perfect stop on the way to Tanner Park.
