Absolutely Amazing!. I have been a customer at Wild Orchid Nails for the last year. I am very, VERY picky and hard to please. My nails always look AMAZING!! I get complemented at least 2 or 3 times a day. I have very difficult nails to work with because of the curved shape and sensitive skin. I always chose extremely complicated designs. In fact Chris often comes up with a completely new design to suit my mood.

The salon is immaculate, warm and inviting. Every time I go in or call I am always recognized and greeted by name. Wild Orchid Nails makes you feel like family when you are in their salon. Amanda is bubbly and energetic and always glad to see you when you walk in the door. Chris will go to any lengths to make sure you are please with his work. It is nice to be treated so wonderfully by not only the owners but by all the technicians in the salon. Every technician is very good and has had additional training with Chris, I have had wonderful experiences with all of them. I highly recommend going to Wild Orchid Nails, you will not be disappointed.

Don't go there. I went to this place and PAID $45 FOR WHITE TIPS WITH GLITTER the lady was very rude and wouldn't let me get the nails how I wanted because she was LAZY. As she finished my nails you could see my real nail underneath they LOOKED HORRIBLE I complained because they looked so bad . I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!! THEY ARE ALL RUDE !

Best Salon In Salt Lake County. Getting my nails done at Wild Orchid Nails is the best nail experience I have had. They are always very welcoming and friendly, and listen to what I want. They have many, many designs, from conservative to wild, to fit any personality. I couldn't ask for a better nail salon to go to.

Utah's Best Kept Secret. I really didn't want to write a review because then I'll be giving away the best kept secret Utah has but after seeing the terrible FALSE rumor below I had to put in my two sense!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE Wild Orchid. They have the best selection, they are soo sweet, they are the ONLY place I can think of that still take the time to massage your hands and put gel on your overlay as a part of your service.

This is THE place to go!

WORST OVERPRICED DISHONEST NAIL SALON!. I went in for a full set and my daughter wanted a pedicure. THEY DON'T EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH THAT YOU CAN UNDERSTAND. The nail technician was very slimy, dishonest and kept pushing me for more services on my nails, $3 for each decal (I can go to Sally's and get 35 decals for $1.59), and she was so pushy and shoved a pedicure in my face. I didn't understand what she was saying and nodded to be polite, then all of a sudden was guided to their filthy pedicure chairs. While my daughter was getting a pedicure, the slimy oriental girl doing my daugher talked her into a multiplicity of toe nail decals that she didn't even want, but didn't want to be rude. At the end of the visit from Hell, they charged me $175 for a full set and two pedicures. I have reported them to the better*business*bureau and the Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing. Let it be known that the Wild Orchid advertises no "MMA," but they clearly used it on my hands as I have a severe reaction to it. They are dishonest, deceitful, DO NOT DO EVEN A HALF DECENT JOB, will trick you out of all your money, and their work is shameful. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND DON'T EVEN SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH.
