Great Place to order from

We have ordered Mountain Mikes's pizza for years and we have never had a problem. They did such a great job that I was asked by my work to order a lunch for a class we were giving to our custmers and we had no problems and they were on time and everyone loved it.

Nice to place to go!

We went to Mountain Mikes for a family bday party. It was Friday night and they were very busy. The guy who took our order was very nice and even offered us the daily special. The pizza was good, their salad was good too. I would recommend this place to anyone who has kids as well, becasue they did have some video games. My teenage sons also liked the pool table. It kept them occupied while we enjoyed some adult conversation with the rest of the family.
- Pros: Video games, pool table, beer and wine
- Cons: Kinda of a noisy place

This is my first time posting a review. I use City Search a lot and I enjoy reading the reviews. Here we go...
I would not recommend Mountain Mikes Pizza to my worst enemy. We decided to try delivery on a Tuesday night. We called and the man told us to order online. We hung up and tried our luck online. 40 min. later we called to see when the pizza would be on its way and they told us that they never received our order. The next day we decided to give Mountain Mikes one more try. When we walked in for dine in the teenage girl behind the counter was chatting on her phone. It took her 5 min to get off the phone. When we asked her about her specials she didn't really know them.
We ordered the special and asked for half pepperoni and half supreme. It took 15 min. to get the bread sticks. A few min. later they asked if we wanted our dessert pizza yet. We told the women that we would like our pizza first. She brought it out 5 min. later. The order was wrong, the pizza was cold & uncooked in the middle. It was also a full supreme instead of half and half. When we asked the girl why our order was messed up she told us that half and half was not possible when ordering the special (a point she should have made when we ordered) Needless to say it was a horrible experience we walked out with out eating our pizza.
The service was horrible- I live in Miami where there is no customer service. I was excited to come back to Utah for a nice experience. This sucked!!!
