Fantastic Value. Thank you Kateasaurus. It (had Tbhodges here- but it was someone else that posted) must be the employee that was fired for (this has been deleted due to the user review being deleted). Those that actually go through the haunts know and have reported what an amazing deal it is and how different and fun the separate locations are.(This has also been deleted for the same reason).

I have to disagree... I normally don't review things, but I saw what that last person said and I felt like I had to disagree! I don't know about working there, but going through was one of the best times I've had! I normally go to as many haunts as I can and I'm not very hard to please, but I'm hard to scare. They do this thing for a few bucks more (3, I think it was?) where the actors can touch you and that was by far the best part for me because going to a haunted house was actually intense for once. My friend screamed at everything WITHOUT the touching thing (but she does that at every haunted house). I had a great time at this place and the other location on Redwood and they were not the same at all. I got a ticket for all 3 locations for $25 and I probably won't make it out to Riverdale, but it was still totally worth it (and cheaper!) to go to those 2 for $25. I love all haunted houses, but chose these two first because of the cheaper cost and was not at all disappointed.. Castle on 3300s might even be my new favorite! We'll have to see how the others are this year.

Best Experience ever. My husband and I have been going to Castle of Chaos Haunted Houses since we moved to Utah five years ago. We try and go as many times as possible every year and even if we go 10 times we get a differnt scare everytime. They have the best prices in the state and I would say you get your moneys worth. I have never had a issue. Im always recommending my friends go and alot of times we take them so they feel more comfortable. I would say if you want to go to a haunted house and get your moneys worth Castle of Chaos Haunted Houses would be your best choice.

Great price! Fun and scary!!. My husband and I have been going to castle since it was in Holladay! more excited every time they open a new one!!!

Can't wait to see their new location. Castle of Chaos Rocks and gets better every year!!!

The most Awesome Haunted House ever!. My family and I go every year. I just have a great time every year. The actor's are awesome. I love it when they come through the line and scare people as we're in line for tickets. This year the tickets are $25 for three haunted houses and you can't get that anywhere else so that is really awesome and I did the upgrade for hands on, super fun :)

Just LOVED it!. I never do the review thing but just really thought I should with this haunted house. I went friday (two days ago) and still can't stop thinking about it. I paid $27 and got tickets to not just the one I went to but two other big haunted houses to. I did pay extra for hands on which was SO COOL because I had to sign a waiver and they could touch me when scaring which made it very very intense. For about $11 (if I pay extra at the other two) I just can't believe it was that good.

I hear Nightmare on 13th has 3 haunted houses so I am going there next week!

Pros: Very intense but they made me laugh too. The guy in the spinning tunnel was amazing.

Cons: The first room was really dark and it took me a long time to find out.

Great deal. I have went again this year and I have no clue why Reptilias attacks this haunt. (ex-employee?) but I love going to all the haunts in the valley and Castle is no exception.

This year they have made the deal even sweeter by doing a combo pass. For $25 you can go to 3 seperate haunted houses. That ends up being $8.33 a haunted house!

That kind of value is like the olden days where you could see a haunted house for under $10. You don't see that anymore. Most are $15 or more for 1 haunted house.

I personally like Castle because it keeps improving year over year and growing. I have seen a lot of haunted houses come and go over the years, but Castle has been here for a while so that in of itself speaks of the quality even without my review.

As for the owner posting 42 different accounts... seriously who would do that? I don't think anyone has that kind of time to waste if you own a business.

Long story short. Great value for the cost and great scares to be had at each of the haunted houses. You can see actual footage of the haunted house on you tube if you look around.

Horrible Customer Service. This is not from a previous employee. We went there tonight because we have been going every year since it was pretty much just a shop on highland drive. We were sold on paying for the extra attraction and after we paid for it we were notified that is was on redwood road and was now closed. We decided we wanted a refund because we wanted to do both attractions at once and didn't know when we would have another opportunity. The guy at the register nicely refunded us the amount minus the $1.00 credit card fee. This is when the owner got involved and refused to give us the $1.00. He completely missed our point of view and continued to yell about how most haunted houses wouldn't have given us a refund. The other previously nice guy said he told us before hand which he did not and even if he did it was not clear. This haunted house has had separate attractions in the same building so it wasn't an unreasonable expectation. We exited while being yelled at by both the employee and the owner. You do not treat ANYONE in this manner let alone customers who have been coming for years. I think people should not attend based on the mere fact that the owner himself treats people like crap and values $1.00 more than repeat customers.

Best Haunted House in UTAH!!!. First off I would like to say that the employees of nightmare on 13th should stop posting bad reviews about this haunted house! Becassue this Haunted House is by far the best one this year! I have been to nightmare on 13th already this year and even though I am a big fan of them, I think their prices are getting way to high plus this year it seems they did not change to many things and for the most part I was disappointed. For the same cost of going to Nighmare on 13 you can actiually get a ticket the Castle of Chas ond there other Haunted House Nighmare Mansion. The Castle of Chaos this year is hands down the best Haunted House I have been to in years, the quality of there props and actors is the best I have seen!

Amazing!. Well last year, my cousin and i went, ALONE, yes its surely better then having 32 people stacked with you. i loved it! its so much fun. like fo' real. well me and her where scared to go in by our self. so the owners son Bronson greeted us ( very nice boy) and he found some people we could go in with. I love the castle of chaos. the only thing that i think they should get rid of is the chainsaws everyone has it, so why keep it, do something original :D well it was good. im going this friday the 13th its only 13 dollars! exited (:
