“Today Fernando's "Green Card" came in the mail!!!!!!

Five years ago we sat in your office, and discussed a complicated case involving so many things, we were so scared and unsure of the outcome. The one thing we had decided is that we would take a chance on a female rookie attorney who had passed the bar exam a year before.

But, the most important thing was she said that she could get Fernando's paperwork finalized.

There were times when we never thought this day would come, and through the shed of tears, and all of our up and downs our attorney's game plan paid off. So much has changed in this last five years, and as Fernando said a week ago this is finally ending the chapter in this portion of our book.

Everything is more then we could have imagined and so unbelievable, we feel very blessed, thanks to you, and your paralegals who have worked hard for all of this to happen. We don't even know if thank you is enough or even the correct words to use considering how much work and how many tears have been shed in the last 14+ years to get to this moment.

I tried to do things own my own and came to the realization that i needed expert help due to the fact i was denied naturalization. I came to Kim in hopes of getting my naturalization and it took a while but she never gave up and she did every extremely thorall and as a result i am now a citizen, thanks to all her hard work and knowledge of the immigration laws. Her staff and Kim is top notch and i would recommend her to any one i know or don't know. I would advise against going it alone with a lawyer if you know yourself and your situation, get help and save money long term. Thank You Kim - and Your Staff For All You Did Sone Phimsouay

I feel relieved today. It was a long immigration journey I have been going through and finally it was over with the GREAT victory. I hired Kimberly Trupiano representing me in applying for asylum and we got approval from the immigration judge. The Department of Homeland Security attorney appealed to the Board of Immigration Appeals, but Kimberly was also able to win. How amazing!!!! I remained an asylee for a while and USCIS has granted me green card few days ago. Eventually I will be eligible to apply for US citizenship. Thanks Kim and Thanks God! It is no doubt Kimberly is very good handling the toughest immigration cases. She is very knowledgeable, aggressive and has a lot of experience practicing immigration law. She tried her best to get the most positive outcome for my case. I highly recommend Kim for whoever needs a good lawyer. You will be in a good hand. Kim also discounted the legal fees a lot to help me out. She offered me small monthly payments to pay off the case. She really helped me out in the most difficult situation in my life.

I hired Trupiano Law to file an application to remove the condition on my green card. I am very pleased with the case outcome. The application had been submitted with sufficient evidence in the first place. No Request For Evidence from USCIS. How awesome! Kim also submitted her legal argument to convince USCIS to approve my case. I’m happy with Kim worked hard on my case and finally I received the new green card good for 10 years. Only one thing is I need to follow up with her office often to get an update on my case.

Overall, I was pretty satisfied with the service by Trupiano Law. They helped me during all the steps of my USCIS application to remove the conditions from my green card. They answered all my questions regarding my case. Kimberly Trupiano is very knowledgeable and she gave me a head up on what is required for my case so I can prepare all the necessary documents on time. The only thing I think of a changing would be same times you will not get response as soon as you would like via email.
