Good criminal defense lawyer. I hired Kim for a criminal case I happened to be involved in… wrong place at the wrong time type of thing and was freaked out by the incident. Scared of crap out of me since I have never been in trouble. She really helped me feel like I had a leg to stand on and the outcome, to make a long story short, was the charge was dismissed. Jose, I regret that I have similar problems with them. Our stories are almost the same. They seem to charge for everything including using the oxygen in the air in their office (but seriously!!!).
Do NOT go over to Kim Trupiano law office!!!

They had told us that it was going to be as much as X amount of dollars for their services, however, it came to light that it was going to cost +X+ dollars, much more than we expected and told us. They would continue to say we told you, we told you (when they hadn't).
The billing staff are unhelpful and unclear about what they are talking about, there billing was not clear, especially after they had 'reversed' some charges.
In the end the amount of stress that we went through was insufferable when dealing with this law firm. The staff clearly lies and Kim lies and make accusations that are not accurate and will totally push you into a corner and make you feel that you need to shut your mouth.
How useful is it taking money from the people who are working so hard to make the American Dream come true? How do they sleep at night? Do yourself a favor, find another law firm and tell your friends to stay away from this place for any of their law needs. Spread the word, stay away!…
