It’s been a wonderful experience!. It’s been a wonderful experience having this lovely place take care of my little Teddy. The girls who work here are always in a great mood, they are always nice not only to Teddy but also to me. The Puppy Lounge is always clean and neat and that is why I’m never worried when Teddy has to stay longer than what I planned. But besides all those wonderful things that everybody knows about the Puppy Lounge, I want to say that it has helped a lot for my dog to come here because Teddy used to be shy and not very self-confident and now after a while, he has changed tons, his attitude is so much better. He seems to feel very confident around other dogs (no matter what size). Thank you so much Puppy Lounge! Jessica & Teddy

BEST place to take your small pup. The Puppy Lounge has been such a wonderful place for our pup - we've been taking our baby here since she was 12 weeks old, since my fiance and I both work long hours, we didn't want her to be alone all day.

It's true, there are other places in SLC that offer cheaper monthly passes and longer hours of daycare, BUT even despite that, we have happily decided to stick with the puppy lounge because the staff is absolutely amazing. We take our pup to daycare M-F (and sometimes Saturdays) and she is always so excited and happy that she runs right in. When we pick her up, the staff always tells us how she did, any habits worth noting and so fourth, they have really become part of our family. Best of all, she's always exhausted when she comes home, which means she's had a great time running around all day.

Boarding is also great. When we went out of town, the staff called the next day to check if our flight landed safely and to update us on how our pup did overnight. They also gave her a bath when she accidentally stepped in some other dog's poop. We can't say enough about how wonderful this place is. The fact that they also use dog-friendly methods for keeping the place clean (it's always very clean btw) is great too. Very highly, highly reccommend.

We LOVE the PL!. So much that we try and get everyone we know to bring their pups there too! Thanks for taking such good care of “Toot” and for going out of your way sometimes to make sure she gets picked up!

Puppy Lounge is not all it says. wow, I just got off the phone after TRYING to make an appointment for my sweet, adorable, quiet mini Schnauzer Gracie.

I was totally shocked when the lady who answered the phone told me that they don't take mini-schnauzers anymore because they bark too much.

After I mentioned she rarely barks, she went into a long story about how sometimes they don't bark a lot at home but when they get there they do, someone that works there has one..blah blah blah....

she then recanted and said maybe she could put me on the waiting list. HUGE disappointment and very unprofessional not to mention discriminative. I wouldn't leave my dog there for fear she would be locked up if she barks- what a disapointment. :( I was so excited but now just really turned off.

great location, better facilities, best staff and service.. I've been taking my two "children" to the Puppy Lounge for a long time. They love it there and the staff loves them. By taking the time to learn each dog's needs, the staff makes sure that each dog is comfortable, happy, and has all they need to enjoy their stay. I've never once made the turn onto Burton Ave. without the dogs displaying exuberance - that speaks more than my words ever possibly could.

The best place to leave your pup. The people are friendly, provide excellent customer service and love my dogs. They take great care of my pups and provide a fun and safe environment.

Right from the Puppy's Mouth!. On Saturday, February 7, 2009 Gordo and I attended Fur Ball, which benefits Utah Animal Adoption Center. Local Pet Psychic Julie Morgan was giving pet psychic readings for donations to the Center. Just for fun, Gordo and I got in line for a reading.

Without knowing, Julie said, ?Gordo loves his doggie day care. He feels very loved there and really likes all the girls who work there.? Well, there it is, right out of the puppy?s mouth, or uh mind, or uh, well, wherever it came from ? Gordo LOVES the Puppy Lounge! His wagging tail when we pull into the driveway each morning confirms it!

This is the place for your little one!!!!!. The Puppy Lounge is the BEST facility in Utah for your special little one. I have a much loved Lhasa Apso. He LOVES to go play with his friends at the Puppy Lounge. Not just the furry friends but his human friends too. Gloria, Viviane and all of the girls are the most caring and loving people. You can tell after a few minutes that they love what they do. I work from home so daycare is not really needed. But I wanted my "baby" to learn social skills. He loved the Puppy Lounge so much after the first time ...he now begs to go. If I say "Do you want to go to the Puppy Lounge?" He stands up on his hind legs and dances around while making noises...then he will run to the door and wait for me. He watches out the window all the way there and as soon as we are a block away he starts to go crazy!!!! Groomer, Viviane is amazing! She makes sure she understands what you want and then does an AWESOME job! I took him several places and called around to find someone who knew how to groom a Lhasa properly. (Besides just shaving the hair off.) Viviane does an amazing job! She is very skillful and my baby is always happy after a day with Viviane!

If you have a little one that you cherish, there is no where in the valley that will care and love him/her better then the wonderful souls at the Puppy Lounge!!!

I am the mother of a very spoiled and well loved poodle. Finding the Puppy Lounge was one of the best things to happen for both of us. I. I am one of those mothers who has never left her little girl alone. Even hoping to have her trained as a therapy dog because she so loves all. When I have to go somewhere where she cannot go with me I rely on The Puppy Lounge knowing she will get the best of care and attention. Three blocks before we arrive she knows where she is going and really cannot contain her excitement. When she was recently attacked and Thank God survived the attack, everyone at The Puppy Lounge showed their care with a card that we will always cherish. She loves all of her little friends that she gets to play with when visiting. And the groomer, Vivian, does wonderful things with her. This is a GREAT PLACE for your little loved ones and at $2.00 an hour for babysitting it is a great thing for mothers like me. THANKS TO ALL OF YOU AT THE PUPPY LOUNGE FOR BEING THERE AND LOVING AND CARING FOR MY LITTLE GIRL WHEN I CAN'T BE.

Best Puppy Daycare/Boarding in SLC. The Puppy Lounge is incredible. After several disappointing experiences with boarding my little girl, Sushi, my vet told me about the Puppy Lounge. When I walked in the door I immediately knew this one would be different. The employees are warm and friendly and clearly love the dogs. They were very helpful and patient with getting Sushi signed in and paperwork completed. The facility is clean, smells great, open and bright. The playroom is huge and has furniture for the dogs to lounge around on. The best part......THE WEBCAM! I can watch Sushi play as I work through the day. It's so great! I leave Sushi often for overnight boarding when I am on the road with work and feel confident that she is loved and cared for. When I drop her off I swear she looks at me and says "BYE MOM" as she jumps out of my arms to run and see her friends. I always feel great leaving her. OH....and the groomer does a great job and always has her ready when I arrive to pick her up. I LOVE THE PUPPY LOUNGE!
