HORRIBLE BUSINESS INDEED!!!!!. My father has lived in his mobile home park for 10 years! He knows the rules and totally knew about the rule about having a parking permit. He was parked outside of his driveway in a marked parking spot and is able to park there as long as he has his permit since he lives here. One morning found his ride gone and I knew about this towing company that's partnered up with the Mobile Home Park. I called to have them tell me that my father didn't have his parking permit visible. TOTAL B.S.! He knew it was hanging in his windshield mirror as it always has been there for years. We go to the tow yard and his permit along with the polynesian necklace that was hanging with it is gone! My father always locks his door. Why was nothing else missing and only the permit and necklace??? Sound fishy much??? T They pretty much called my father a liar and he had to pay $200 to get his car out because we couldn't prove anything against them. They drive through our mobile home park around 1-3am with their lights off and drive slow so nobody can hear them. Is that even legal? Creeping around like that? Tow drivers know how to get into any car and they totally get away with it. Every time they come through now i walk outside with my video camera and follow him so i can catch them in the act of taking cars that had no violation to begin with. YOUR GOING TO GET CAUGHT! TRUST ME IF I DON'T CATCH YOU KARMA WILL AND WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND YOU SNEAKY BEEZY'S!!!

WOW WHAT A HORRIBLE BUISINESS. THEY STEAL VEHICLES FROM DRIVEWAYS!!!!!! WHAT THEIVES!!!!! THEY STOLD FROM A DISABLED MANS HOME. WHAT GIVES THEM THE RIGHT TO ACT THIS WAY!!!!!! THE GOOD LORD WILL GET YOU!!!

Thives in the middle of the night. creeping up in the middle of the night steeling cars from drive ways, cowardly hiding in the dark, when they are noticed it is the boot sorry no Engels give us you credit card number over the phone< here thief in the middle of the night take my wallet too?

PLEASE DON NOT SUPPORT ONE OF THE MOST SHADY BUSINESSES I HAVE EVER SEEN, I would be ashamed to ever run a business in this manner shame shame sham and I wish this had a thumbs down button.

Didnt Follow State Laws!. I left my Truck in the street and forgot to pull it in the drive way. Left for the night and came back to find my Truck was gone. Of Course its after hours, cant get a hold of the mobile home management. Finally called the local dispatch and they have no records of my vehicle being towed! The police did a search by the make and model of my Truck and still no luck! Then they did a search by my Mobile Home Park name and found only 1 vehicle was towed out of the park during the weekend! The police told me to call this Towing company (Blanco Towing) so see if they tow my vehicle, well when I finally got a call back ( Hours later!!!) They did tow my vehicle! Well after reading State Law and what Towing companies have to follow!!! They have to report the vehicle being towed with-in 2 hours of postal office hours. Well the Postal office is open on Saturdays! Called the Dispatch back to report the incident and found out that it’s a Civil Matter and there is nothing they can do besides take my statement. I will take this up with the court! I did not like how they treated me on the phone. There outrages fees and the unprofessional they were about the whole thing!

Bad news when you try to get the person in charge. We were family visiting from out of town, just pulled in about an hr. before incident, when we were told to pay X amount of dollars to get boot off

Don't you hate it when you parked there in the past and find out the the park has changed the rules as far as parking then has a tow company as Blanco Towing out of west valley, come and pull your car or truck with out just cause.

Trying to get a hold of said owner is a joke!!!!!!

The people there don't give a Darn.

i would not recommend this company to even wash my dishes, if you catch my meaning.

The worst of this experience Is not so much that the mobile home park has enforced the rules about parking on the street, but that the said company is unprofessional, the first person you talk to is very rude, and is unwilling to let you speak with the owner of said business. Excuse me but when a person wants to talk to the owner, manager, or whom ever is in charge, it is expected by us the customer to get exactly what we want and not the other way around.

So beware of Blanco Towing when trying to recover or resolve a business transaction. The first person you talk to on the phone more than likely will not let you speak with the owner. Why??? Maybe her business practices when the owner is out would not be okay with him? But if her practices are okay then maybe he shouldn't be in business. Thank You And good luck.

Not to happy with service. Not very professional on the phone or in person. They are quick and happy to tow your vehicle. But watch out when trying to get an automobile out of their tow yard, you might wait for an hour or two, or you may even be charged for an extra day.
