Humiliating. After frequenting this store several other times, had my most recent experience been my first, I'd never gone back. We were recently in on a weekend shopping a very good sale. However, only a quarter of the merchandise had tags on it and we were constantly having to ask prices. This flustered the workers who were busy socializing with the locals. After a completely disastrous purchase and several failed attempts at communication & reconciliation with the owner, I left livid. I won't be returning. It's simply not worth it.

AMAZING!. This store is amazing and fantastic and everything in between, it has just about everything every other store DOESN'T have, the people are incredibly friendly and know the product very well, they all make the experience that much better! And if you get a chance to go in try the local fudge! Its the best in the valley!

And for the cynic on the first comment you must have noooo idea how much work is put into starting and maintaining a store, let alone two, so lossen your belt and relax, understand that people are busy sometimes and can't wait on you hand and foot. So take the stick out and take a breath. Just cause your job sucks doesn't mean you need to try and tell local businesses down.

Simply Love This Store & Staff. I simply love this store, and really appreciated the service I got whenever I went there. Don't know what this other customer was talking about. Obviously some kind of grudge or some such... I love this store.

great place for gifts etc. The previous customer should give the store one more chance. They have wonderful employees, great merchandise which you won't find elsewhere(although it is a little pricey), and the atmosphere is such that I often have a hard time leaving at all. Try going there on Sundays, you won't regret it.

Don't bother with this place!!!. I have been into this store a few different times and keep asking myself why I went back. I had hopes that they employed people who knew what customer service meant, but I was clearly wrong. Some of the merchandise is cute but I would rather pay shipping if I had to, than give my business to such a snobbish place. Everyone I have encountered at this store does not seem to understand that customers are the reason they are in business. They treat their customers as if they were an inconvenience. I would never recomend this place to anyone.
