My favorite Mexican place.. I have had La Frontera, Red Iguana, Sam's Mexican, and homemade food by a Mexican neighbor. I prefer Ixtapa over them all. The place is always clean, the staff is very polite and has been since they opened. I have had the taco salad with the shredded chicken 45 times and it has never changed in it's quality or taste. The shell is tasty, you get a cup or so of delicious shredded chicken, about a a cup and a half of shredded lettuce, and generous scoops of guac and sour cream with sprinklings of chopped tomatoes and cheese. Since I love cheese, I always get a side of cheese to go with it. Their enchildas. fajitas, tacos, and chimichangas are all good and the vegetables are fresh. The salsa is made in house and beats anything you can get at the grocery store, and their chips are thin and crispy. WONDERFUL!!!

WOW, what a huge waste of money. I'm not kidding when I say we paid 7.00 for a plate of lettuce. Let me explain. We ordered tostadas and pollo taco salad. WOW! The tostadas at Taco bell are bigger. So the chicken tostada was 7.00. it was 1 shell. about 2 tablespoons of chicken. I don't think there was cheese, and then the entire plate was buried in lettuce. UG! what a waste of cash. Well, was it good atleast u ask. If really like lettuce, then yes you will enjoy it. 0 stars. unless I have to put 1.

they said what to my daughter?. We called in to pick up an order. when we couldnt get the person that answered the phone to understand what we wanted my daughter asked to speak with the manager. The man on the other end must have assumed that we spoke/understood no Spanish at which time he told my daughter to go f *** her mom. I will not visit that place again. When she called back to ask for a manger it was the same gentleman and he said he was the manager. Bad service !!!!!!!

Real Frozen Food. the music was overwhelmingly loud, the portions were small and greasy, and tasted like frozen tv dinners. our coupons which we got in the mail were not honored. We asked the manager to correct our bill as we were charged for two side dishes we did not order and he would not. so.... never going here again. We will stick with La Frontera. the staff there does not speak much English but, they are friendly and considerate.
