Unable to shoot straight.
Totally frustrated with Smith and Dillon. They have been able to send me a bill every month for a procedure in January 2009; however have not been able to provide insurance company with medical necessity for procedure. I believe they don't understand the concept from the staff I have dealt with the past 15 MONTHS!
I would give them zero stars, but that wasn't an option.
Update - if the above happens to you, ask to speak to a supervisor. I spoke with Amy and she understands what the insurance company wants and was very helpful
