One of the best places to eat: they are consistent. I have probably been to this Cafe rio almost 50 times.

During all 50 times I would say 49/50 were excellent. There is only one time I wasn't happy. One day I ordered a to go order and it was pretty cold when they told me to be there.

Other than that I have no problems eating here either to go or at the restaurant. I would of gave this 5/5 if it wasn't for that one time. Yet, this is one of the cheapest best places for what you get in value.
