WORST EXPERIENCE. After months of trying to get simple things fixed, like having a cohesive color scheme and adding pictures, we login in today to find our website has someone elses information as the header and tabs! Someone elses phone number?? We have a construction business and it has CARPET CLEANING INFO??? Hello! This isn't rocket science. This is ridiculous. Not happy at all! Nothing has been smooth sailing. Nothing has been professional. No leads.. and if we did get any they'd go to the carpet cleaning people LOL!!!! The website looks generic and boring and kind of a mess. We are soooo done. I made a better website myself and I'm not a "professional" like these guys.

Say one thing do another. Call them and get treated like you are dumb for calling. Good luck if you depend on this company for e-mails and new customer leads. Avoid this rip off company if you can.

Great experience, great for business!!!. I never imagined how easy this experience could be. Ibiz customized our website perfectly. To know that we can make changes with just a phone call and not have to spend hours on the computer is a great bonus. Our website gives our present and future customers a way to see our work and gives us an edge in our industry. I have visited many competitors websites, they are either simple or " under construction", not ours. Any one concidering a website should definitly contact ibizwebsite, the sense of accomplishment seeing your company or product displayed so professionaly, is amazing...

Waste of money !!!! WARNING TO ALL!. We have given IBIZwebsite 9 months to get our website up and visible to our clients. We were told endless stories about how we would be within the first three pages within a month after the website went up, but it took them 8 months to get us to page 8. Then we were told that we just needed to give them more money to add "semi-hidden" pages that were never actually added. So after 9 months now, we have spent OBSCENE amounts of money and have not had ONE client to show for it. NOT ONE! They never made our website as visible as we were promised. Andrew..the one in charge says..."you just didn't spend enough money to make your website visible". We did everything they suggested, spent all the money they said they needed...and our business still have nothing to show for it. Don't waste your hard earned money on this company. Do your research and take your business someone that is professional and will actually give you results.

Exceeded Expectations. Being a small company, we were exploring all avenues to advertise our business and the services we provide. At first I was uncertain about what type of website services we would receive, but I have to admit that I am pleased not only with the design of the website but the customer service as well. An added benefit is the that I we are able to make changes at any time at no additional cost to us. As well as the email service that is available to us. Based on the quality of our website we also chose to have iBiz handle our search engine listings. They got us up on the first three pages in less time then they quoted us. I will definitely recommend "Ibiz" to other business.

Undelivered promises. I have used Ibiz for Quite a while, mostly because I wasnt paying attention to what exactly they were doing.

I was told they would get my page up to the front in a few weeks. A few months later, it still hadnt happened.

I am very unhappy with the service as well, when you want something changed they tell you a couple days, and a month later maybe it gets done. Do yourself a favor, find a different company!

I biz web sites. Warning. This company does nothing for you except charge you. They are making a killing and doing nothing for their clients. There promise to me was that they would make sure my company was in the 1st 3 pages of google local listings and they have not accomplished that is an entire year. They are nothing but suckers. Don't hire them for your marketing needs.

Great staff, excellent finished product!. I would like to take a minute to say that iBizwebsite is a great company to do business with. I was very impressed with how little time it actually took to produce such a professional website that I will gladly send my prospects to. The entire process was very quick and painless and my site looks incredible. The designers worked with me to turn the vision I had for my company site into a reality and if that vision changes, the necessary changes to my site are free. Their service is wonderful, reasonably priced, prompt, and courteous. I would not hesitate to do business with them again in the future.

Great company with excellent products!. I would recommend Ibiz to anyone. The staff puts together a very professional website for the price, you just can't beat it anywhere else. They are very friendly and made me feel right at home. If there were any changes that I needed done on my site they were on it immediately. The staff has been great to work with though out the whole process. I was so impressed by the turnaround time from the initial contact to the completion of my site that I had them put together a second website for me and both turned out excellent. They are to be highly recommended.

Outstanding Work!. My wife and I have researched and interviewed several companies in an attempt to find a company to design a logo for our web site and to re-design our web site. After just about giving up and continuing with the web site we had, we received a telephone call from the sales department of iBizwebsite. Their staff was very knowledgeable and courteous so we decided to give them our business. What a feeling when we opened the link in the e/mail to our newly designed logo and web site from iBizwebsite. Let me sum it up in one word WOW !
