Best customer service with no pressure to buy. We had looked several places to buy my husband's wedding band and after Tresor, we looked no further! The gentleman helping us, Sergio, was so great and patient, and because it is a family business, his mother worked with us as well! We found just what we were looking for, we did pay a little bit more because they were so much easier to work with and offered a lifetime warranty, etc. They also do custom work in the back, and I am going back this week to have a custom necklace done! I couldn't be more pleased.

Great experience. Their selection of jewelry on hand is great. I have been a client for years and have no complaints. This is a family owned business so your are speaking directly with people who know what they are talking about and not with an employee. Jewelry repairs while you wait are just one of the great qualities. Once you shop here you are part of the family.

Sold me a crappy engagement ring. My husband purchased my engagement ring from Tresor jewelers a few years back and within a year one of the diamonds fell out. Now, almost 4 years later, i can't even wear the ring because it makes my skin break out. I wear my other wedding bands that i purchased at Shane Co., and love. I am pretty sure it is a fake, and i am very upset about it.
