Fantastic experience! I usually never write reviews, but In this case I wanted to. Sunburst auto made buying my car so easy. I appreciate the time everyone took with me to answer all of my questions, and to help making the experience of purchasing a car a great one.

Bought a Vehicle. Very solid dealership. They specifically help customers according too there needs to make them happy about there decision. I had an issue with the car radio 3 days after I bought my car, and they said they would pay half to get me a new one even though they didn't know it had an issue. They are very centered on making sure you are a happy customer, whatever it takes.

Great cars Great customer service. Had a hard time shopping for a car and after days of shopping I found Sunburst Auto Sales off of State Street.

As soon as I parked on the lot I received a warm welcome from the salesman, "James" I was pleased by the no pressure sale and the fact that they went out of there way to please me. They went thru various banks to get the best interest rate for me, in a few words I was impressed. The car I bought was very clean and everything worked fine as described in there ad even thought I was pleased James insisted on having the car detailed before I left the lot,It all happen while I was signing the paper work. It's now 3 and a half weeks that I have my car and everything is perfect. Just got back from Alaska and all I had to do was an oil change. Thanks Sunburst and Thank you James for the wonderful service and the beautiful car that I proudly drive.

Sunburst Auto Sales are Thieves.. Do NOT purchase a vehicle for these liars! They are the epitome of what gives used car sales a bad name. Deceptive, crooked, lacking any integrity.

Take your business ANYWHERE but here.

My Experience With Sunburst. I purchased a car from Sunburst and I regret it. It was the worst mistake!! First of all, this dealer puts on used tires on their cars. I don’t have a problem with this unless the car is AWD!! You should never put different tire treads on an AWD car; ask any tire specialists, this can ruin the car!!!

Second, this dealer did not tell me the car had a malfunctioning car alarm, I learned of this the day after I had bought the car. The car alarm was going crazy and wouldn’t turn off, so I called Sunburst and the car salesman told me he knew of the problem and he disconnected the battery to turn off the alarm. I had to take the car to the dealer to get it fixed (it cost $285, if Sunburst knew of the problem why couldn’t they fix it?)

Third of all, the car had bad brakes and they did not want to fix them!! It’s funny how they say how much they care about your safety, clearly from my experience they don’t care. I will never go back there again. There are many other dealers in Salt Lake which actually take care of their cars. I’ve learned to take my time when buying a car.

Great!!!!!. So I know its easy to write a bad review and most people wont take time out of their busy day to come post about good experience but I just had to come on here and give all of the people at sunburst a way-to-go.

They made my car shopping fast, easy, and most importantly I felt secured about the car I purchased from them. I honestly have bought 2 cars from them and definitely will be going back for my 3rd car.

SATISFIED CUSTOMER. Before coming to this dealership I read all reviews.

I went to look for myself and see because they had the vehicle that I wanted.As soon as I got there I was greeted by the salesmen.I'm very satisfied with Sunburst Customer Service and I bought my 2005 chevy Impala about 5 weeks ago from them because they worked with me and gave me a great deal.They financed it for me with 0% interest.After 4 weeks from buying the vehicle the check engine light came on,I talked to the dealer and they told me to bring it in for them to look at it. They took it to the shop and they said It needed a tune-up and they took care of it.

The reason I'm writiing this is because the bad comments are not fair, We need to understand we are buying a used vehicle as is.I love my car Its been great and I referred my friends and family to this dealer, and I would buy my next car there.

Could not get help. Walked around for 15 minutes and no one would help me. Finally got someone to help me and they didn't know price and would not show me a carfax. Left quickly

sunburst auto sales. On behalf of Sunburst Auto Sales I am writing this letter in regards to the rude and race hateful remarks left on this site by an misinformed, ungrateful client. To start the vehicle Mr. Stan Smith purchased was bought 4,000 dollars below bluebook value and anywhere else to purchase said vehicle he would have paid way more and he got a great deal on an even better car. Second there were no such problems as he mentioned. The vehicle passed all inspections and emissions and all customers need to remember that Sunburst Auto Sales sells used cars, this one had 78,000 miles and any used car will need some love and care given to it by it's new owners. He also was given all tires the exact same, only the tread differed, but meeting standards required for safety by law. That was also given to him free and was not negotiated in the price of the vehicle because the owner of Sunburst Auto Sales does care about the safety and satisfaction of his customers. As for the highly distasteful race hateful remarks Mr. Smith mentioned all I can say is it's sad that somebody that looks to have their head on straight and act together can stoop to such low and pathetic places of hate and bigotry that certainly prove the worth of a persons character. Also proving that anything they said positive or negative would be of little significance to any sane person who has respect for themselves and the human race. We hope you will take this into consideration as you read these comments and decide for yourself when and where to buy a vehicle.
