Poor Quality Photos + Unprofessionalism. I used Silver Pelican for my wedding. Not only did the pictures turn out looking like something that my little sister took, but they lost all of my husband's family's pictures. That's right...we have zero pictures of him and his family together on our wedding day. I would never recommend this studio to anyone. In addition, they've been extremely unhelpful with every request I've ever made to them and now their studio is closed on Saturdays... Avoid this studio at all costs.…
Poor Service, Poor Communication, Extremely Slow. We went to Silver Pelican in November for Christmas photos. A short time later we placed our order, only to find out that don't even guarantee Christmas delivery for those ordering 3 weeks ahead. They told me this was in my confirmation email, but surprise, it wasn't. They told me it was on my on-line proof sheet, but surprise, it is not. Unprofessional, poor service means I won't be using them or recommend them to anyone. We get better service at Target Photo Studio!…
