If you have an account with this company, just keep in mind that if anything goes wrong or you need to change information on file with them, etc. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE.
THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE AND IF THEY DO THEY HANG UP. THEY DON'T PROVIDE ANY ADDRESS INFORMATION. HOW IN GOD'S NAME AM I SUPPOSED TO CONTACT THESE CUM-WADS?!?!!?

Stay away from this bank! ...I mean that.
I have a newegg preffered account which is managed by this bank. I have called customer service 3 times for some account information and when they do not have the answer all they do is hang up the phone on you!
You can not get a live person if you call back, all you get is a recording with your balance and your payment due date.
This is rude!
Do not have business with this bank!

I called to inquire about my account. I called the first number, only to hear a list of phone numbers given via an automated system. If you do not have time for another phone call, you are simply out of luck, because the recording gives you another number to call re: your account, another number to speak with customer service, or if you can't write the number down at the moment they have you the NEXT number to call for customer service, the only last option is to stay on the line and LEAVE A VOICE MESSAGE, cause there WILL NOT be no operator answering your call......
