I called Tuesday and they were good about responding, but then after working on my clothes washer he said it would take two days to get the parts. That's okay. Three days later I finally call and they say they just got the parts in, but there is no way to get it to the worker because he is in a different town, and it is Friday, and tomorrow it is Saturday so there is no way he'll come until Monday- although they are advertised to have Saturday hours. This is costing me even more money as I am needing to bring my clothes to a laundromat, and she said she could not offer any discount. I'm never going back or referring them.

Fast, friendly, professional, and knowledgable!. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT LOST!!!

I easily singed up online for an appointment and they emailed me immediately.

Then when the gentleman called later in the afternoon, he was so polite on the phone and gave me a three hour window for the day I requested.

The very next day, the repair man showed up in a marked vehicle, clean uniform, and again, was polite, and friendly.

It took him about five minutes to diagnose the problem, and he even offered advice when I asked about other appliances.

I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone with appliance issues. It was so nice having someone show up who

(1) didn't look like a cereal killer,

(2) didn't stink like smoke and

(3) was knowledgable and could carry on an intelligent conversation about my appliances!

Great Company. I had a refrigerator break down. They came the same day and had the part it needed. They fixed it the same day and I thought the price was fair for the great service I got. They came in the middle of the three hour window I had. The tech looked professional too, was in uniform, he was polite and cleaned up after himself. He thought it was funny when our dog tried to make off with his screwdriver. I would use them again.

Repair got done. So I don't know if I can give this place 1 star vs. 5 since I haven't had much experience with broken appliances. I called Appliance EMT on a Monday morning and they were able to meet me at my house an hour later, which was very nice. I know you can't really be quoted a repair price over the phone since you don't know what is wrong with the appliance, but the first time I called Appliance EMT they said it would generally cost around $80-$120 for a dishwasher repair. The repair technichan was nice, made little talk and then got to work. He thought he had fixed everything and wrote up an invoice. Originally it was around $90 or so. Then he decided to try out the dishwasher and it still wouldn't work. He then said that I needed to pay even more which my bill came out to be $212 for a new fuse and a couple new wires that had fried. Of course no one likes to pay a repair bill that is half of a new dishwasher. The repair technichan was kind and fixed the dishwasher in about 3 hours. They did an average job since I don't have a lot of expierence with appliance repairs. I may call them again in the future and I may not...
