I have lived here for 3 years and trust me, you'll be surprised when you check it out. I wasn't expecting much this side of the freeway (to be honest), but the property is quiet and really taken care of. The clubhouse is way nice inside and they recently put new equipment in the fitness room. Love it here!

nice affordable apartments, and when I have family visit from out of town they can stay in the hotel portion. That is super convenient!

I lived at Sky Harbor for 4 years and loved it there. I would still be there if my sis hadn't offered me super cheap rent in her house. The property is well maintained with pretty landscaping. Great extras like a new fitness center and indoor/outdoor hot tubs. I referred a few friends there and got a nice bonus check! Highly recommend.

Sky Harbor has the best customer service that I have had living at an apartment complex. All the staff is very friendly even the maintenance. The landscaping is always beautiful.
