Don't Sign a contract With them

DON’T SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM…Very Very Very Poor Work and attitude… After the very nice sales person made lots for promises and left superior came in, well some of his sub contractors came in and did some of the worst work I have ever seen. I fixed most of the cruddy work myself on my on time and dime because when I complained to Richard Johnson the owner he proceeded to yell and be very aggressive towards me. Every time his so-called sub-contractors attempted to fix the problem they would mess it up worse because they were so un-skilled. Then the work done, as poorly as it was crafted in terms of looks, was not passed by the home efficiency people. I now have all my windows looking worse and are not much more efficient. When I felt I shouldn’t pay for such poor work Richard Johnson began yelling and threatening just like his subs had done during the project. He threatened to place a lean on the house based on the “Contract” he insisted I sign in the beginning. Again DON’T SIGN A CONTRACT.

THE BEST SERVICE AND PRODUCTS!

We decided to have Superior perform their Energy Conservation Program on our home because we had very high utility bills. To begin with we had Jeff Williams do an energy assessment on our home and he was very professional and thorough. They provide you with a detailed energy report with infrared photos of your home. After assessing where the energy losses were, Superior performed air sealing throughout our home and blew in attic insulation to an R60. Al Wagstaff then replaced our old aluminum windows with the best triple pane windows that really are incredible. We had them replace all of our lighting with energy efficient lighting and two programmable thermostats. They even installed balloons in our fireplaces which eliminates draftiness. We are very pleased with what Superior has done for our home and our utility bills have lowered by about 50%. I read a couple of these other reviews and all I have to say is that our experience was that Superior was the easiest and the nicest people to work with and their work was just like their name, Superior! Five Stars!!!

Awesome Products and Service Included

I am writing as a Home Owner who had his home taken out of the 90's and put into the future of remodeling. We had double pain windows thinking they were good until we learned of Superior Home Improvements and the substantial amount of money we could save

by increasing to triple pain windows. Our Home is sound prove it seems as I know things are going on outside and it is very quiet in my Home. The Installers were very professional and had my entire home done in under two days

as they french doors we had, Don't compare to the sliding doors, and I'm proud to walk up to my

home which used to have the dark brown 70's

Door and Glass and now I have a Beautiful White Door with an Oval etching in the Door. I really enjoyed the Installers and the way they respected my home in doing everything they could to meet and exceed my expectations. I sincerely recommend Superior Home Improvements to anyone who takes pride in their home and is thinking of updating their home. My home is very warm as the triple pain keeps the cold out and the warm air in. Feel free

Be very careful, they will screw you if they can.

The bottom line is that I screwed up in trusting the sleezy sales associated "Scott". He made a bunch of claims that didn't make it into the contract and I didn't read through the contract nearly good enough. Do not sign anything if they won't let you take the keep the contract overnight and read it. And then make sure you read every word. These guys are out to get you. We were only supposed to even do the job based on the BS financing rates Scott Claimed he could get us. We were originally just exploring our options, but after we were told they could get us financing for 2.9%. We invited Scott over to show us the product. After 2 visits and a lot of phone calls. We were at least thorough as far as checking out the product. We decided to proceed provided the financing was what they said. Well, me being a dumb 30 year old, I missed that part in the contract. Whoops. So now, even though they have not started any work, or done anything at all, they refuse to let us out because "Scott" did not include the wording in the contract that we were only going to do it for the correct financing. Now these Ass Clowns are trying to force a 0% for 6 months and then 14% after that on us. Clearly we are are not that stupid and they are trying to make this out to be just as good of a deal. We have asked them to delay the installation for 30 days just so we can get proper financing, but they are threatening to send it to collections if we don't let them start right away. Clearly they are very busy (Sarcasm). So we are pretty much screwed. I would just say steer clear. It's amazing what a few great years in this market have done to customer service.

Competitors writing bad reviews!

We had windows done by Superior and the products and installation were great! They knew more about windows than anyone I spoke to and we spoke to 4 other companies. Al & Joe Wagstaff were our installers and they went the exrta mile for us. We read the first review here and feel this is a bogus review, probably by one of the other companies we spoke to. Superior is just that... Superior!!! I promise that if you use Superior you won't be sorry.
