I was referred to "Superior" Home Improvement, Inc., by a friend who said they had a relatively good experience with them. Much to my dismay, this must have been an exception. Other than a sales support staff who continually tried to push me into signing multiple contractual documents, just to get a "worry free" estimate, the quality of the work was abysmal and I actually had to have another contractor come in to fix the work already done. All said and done, I would not recommend Superior Home Improvement to anyone, under any circumstances. Instead of Superior Home Improvement, they should rename the company for what it really is - Terrible Service, Poor Quality
Pros: Nothing - Superior Home Improvement gave us terrible service
Cons: Everything - Superior Home Improvement should be ashamed!

We read the other review on this site and I can't believe that this person is talking about Superior Home Improvement. We had a full house remodel done by Superior that included remodeling our bathroom, installing new cabinets and new windows and they were just that, Superior! The Installers were so professional, courteous and their work was great! They actually went out of their way to make sure we were completely satisfied with everything. We had three bids from other companies and Superior was our choice. The General Manager (Richard Johnson) even came out to our home to make sure all the work was being completed properly. My wife told her sister about Superior and she did all her windows with them and she cannot believe how much difference a high quality window makes in the comfort in her home not to mention the utility savings she is seeing. All we have to say about Superior is that they are great company. If you are looking to do any work on your home in our opinion Superior Home Improvement is your best option!
