Awesome Servers, Awesome Food.
Came into here with my sis, as Chili's has always been a favorite,
We have been so DISAPPOINTED lately with the servers who dont refill drinks, dont clear tables, would rather chat with their gfriends then earn a tip,
but NOT HERE AND NOT THIS NITE.
There was a server here, (KRISTA) who made our entire meal a complete DELIGHT! She refilled drinks, brought out our food so quickly, was so friendly, and just made everything wonderful!
She totally earned her 30% tip from each of us!!
Krista is what makes going out to eat such a total delight!
Horrible Service. My Husband and I went to this Chili?s Feb 13 for a pre Valentine Dinner. We waited about 10 min before our waitress helped us and when she did it took forever to get our food. While we waited for our food we noticed all of the employees just standing around chatting to one another at the bar. When our food came out I asked for 2 small cups of butter one for me and one for my husband for our corn on the cob, when we finally got the butter we were finished eating our dinner and all we had left was our COLD corn on the cob. When the waitress FINALLY brought the butter she said ?No one person should have this much butter? Which first off she has NO RIGHT to tell me how much butter I can or can?t have. Needless to say we didn?t eat our COLD corn on the cob we paid the bill and left. I immediately went home and did there survey online. I wrote them a detailed letter and this Friday will be a month and I have still haven?t heard ANYTHING from Chili?s. There was never a Manager in view. We use to love Chili?s we went there quite often but refuse to go now.
Families and an after-work crowd come to this relaxed Tex-Mex chain for sizzling fajitas and a buzzing bar scene..
Festive decor of colorfully tiled tables, vintage photographs and sunny Southwestern accents welcomes an all-ages crowd at this informal hangout. Youngsters and their parents pile into dining room booths; casual business types toss back margaritas and watch televised sports at the bar. The menu features mild versions of Lone Star state favorites, from double-basted baby back ribs and steak fajitas to red-beef chili and deep-fried onions.
