very happy with my service here. I called another studio before this and was rudely treated and they told me they did not do anchors! Came here and was treated great.

Sort of an unpleasant experience here, went to buy a septum ring and was rudely asked by clerk "if (I) even HAVE my septum pierced?" and was then asked to unsanitarily pull it down from my nose. When ring was not right, it was a huge ordeal to dig through the box to find a smaller one. Staff seemed distracted and irritated.

Always helpful and Friendly. I have had many piercings done at Iris (both nostrils, monroe (x3), tounge, and ears.) and I can say i will never go anywhere else! Whenever you walk into Iris you are always greeted right away and asked if there is anything the staff can do for you. They are always knowledgeable about piercings and jewlery. They have a great selection of jewlery that could fit anyone's needs. Getting pierced at Iris is, ironically, relaxing. They have great breathing techniques to help you relax. They let you know exactly what they are doing so you don't have to worry. I have been piercing by all three owners (jessie, nick, and dustin) and they all care about their profession and how they treat their customers. I would recommend Iris to anyone looking for a new piercing or new jewlery! They even custom order in jewlery if they dont' have what you like.

Iris rocks!. I got my rook pierced at Iris and I loved it! This is my first piercing at a shop in Salt Lake and I will never go anywhere else. Dustin was down-to-earth, calm, and thoughtful. He explained aftercare well and answered my questions thoroughly. My sister got her lobes pierced and is also quite happy. I left feeling centered and relaxed – so different than my experiences at other shops. The shop has been newly remodeled and is gorgeous, and the piercing room itself was clean and mellow. As far as I’m concerned this is the only piercing shop in SLC. Keep up the good work, guys!

All Around Awesome!. My first experience with Iris was several years ago when I had my lip pierced. I had it redone recently and I will not go anywhere else to get pierced. I had an industrial piercing done last Thursday and although my ear is not suited for what you would see as the typical industrial, Nick was able to pierce it for me to accommodate my ear. I normally see Dustin when I go in, but I had a great experience with Nick as well. I have been to other shops in the past and was treated badly. But every time I go into Iris, I am treated so well. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. I will only recommend Iris as THE shop to get pierced at. Keep up the great work, guys! You have a client for life!

THE place to get a stabbing. The staff was so friendly, helpful and professional. Jesse the pierce-man explained every step that we went though from cleaning to the piercing. I felt completely taken care of and calm the whole time. They have such variety in their hardware styles and it will now be the place i go for body jewelry and more piercings!

Fantastic. For a first timer Dustin was wonderful, very thoughtful, answered all my questions and allowed me time to "be ready". Never felt pressured and love my piercing, and would go back without a doubt. Very comfortable and clean, yet very upbeat. Thanks for the wonderful job.

Such a radtacular place!!. This studio is my fav! Cool piercers and friendly counter help. I got a pair of some stone plugs and a lip piercing. Have had the piercing for 6 weeks now and everything has been perfect. Highly recommended.
