AMAZING. I have now been going to Nick for 6 yrs, he is amazing with what he can do with colors, cuts & now nails. I appreciate the talents Nick has with his trade. Thanks Nick for always making me feel good about my looks! See a soon.

Response To: This was a Terrible..... Terrible Experience, I can see how you would be frustrated, but only with yourself. The frustration you listed in the comment were all answered by yourself in the comment. To start, you stated your bangs were to long, in itself this isn't something you should be complaining about. Just before you state you asked the style stay the same you just wish to remove dead ends. I am no biologist but I am pretty confident in saying your hair didn't grow while you were sitting in the chair, so... That would mean he left your hair in the same style. And I think that means he followed directions completely. Koo dos to him. As well I think that pretty well sums up your question of professionalism. Next, if I go anywhere expecting to pay one thing and then get quoted another, I always bring it up at the time... Before paying. Who in there right mind just leaves without saying anything and then calls back later. Obviously this could have been explained to you before the mystical swipe.Overall, I feel no need to go any further commenting on your statement. It doesn't sound factual. I have been to this Spa many times and know this is never the service that is offered. As well I hope no one ever reads your article and chooses not to return to Blush.

THIS WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR ME ALL AROUND.. The salon is beautiful and the staff is very nice. However, I went in for a haircut and color with them and I had a terrible experience. When I arrived I had to wait over 20 minutes for my stylist to arrive and when he did, he didn't seem confident on cutting my hair. He asked how I wanted it cut and I asked for the style to remain the same, but to make sure my dead ends were cut off. When I looked in the mirror when he was done, my hair still seemed to have dead ends and my bangs were very long... still in my eyes. I asked him to trim it up and he asked me how... How??? I thought I was going to a professional to do my hair,not walk a novice through it. He colored my hair and to this day the colors are not even. To top it off when I was leaving, they charged me an additional $30 more than I was quoted to start with, without any notice. I ended up paying.

Later I called the owner to let her know about my experience and she asked me to come back for a trim to get rid of my split ends and as a courtesy offer me a free manicure to make up for the fact that they over charged me. I did, I went back in for them to fix my hair, which was cut dry - and not even brushed before I left and they forgot to book the promised manicure - and they were booked- so no manicure.

I finally asked for a refund for the $30 that was wrongly taken from me, and the owner said she had to ask her partner. She left a message to say no, that they would not give me the $ that was rightfully mine, to come AGAIN for a manicure. I don't know about anyone reading this, but after all of this, now I felt rediculous and would NEVER go back for anything. I called her back 2x to discuss the situation and she never returned my call. Its been 3 weeks now, so I guess its safe to say I will not be hearing from her. THIS WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR ME ALL AROUND.

great experience. I was referred to Becca by a friend who had had a facial done by her. She explained that becca was a student and was still practicing. I decided to make an appointment. And I stayed open to the fact that she was still in training. From the moment I met her to the time I left I was very surprised at how professional and knowledgeable she was. Had I not been told otherwise I would have never guessed she was only an intern. Becca will be an asset to any salon she goes to when she graduates.

I won't be back.... I bought the Living Social voucher, excited at the chance to try a new salon for a great price. My first impression was good, the building was beautiful inside and just my taste. After the whole experience was over, I was left very disappointed in my munched out bangs and half ass color job. The bangs will grow back, they looked like I had let a 2 year old cut them. I had to go buy a box of color today to finish what they started. The stylist, Nick, only fixed my roots and didn't do a thing to the rest of my hair which was left a lot lighter. He also hardly said a word to me the whole time, which I thought was totally unprofessional and uncomfortable. It's really too bad, it looked like some of the other stylists were very friendly and doing a great job. It might be worth another try but I'd never go to Nick again...

Amazing. Blush Salon is great I love the atmosphere, Kara is the best at what she does I will not let anyone else touch my nails. Thanks Kara for always doing an amazing job on my nails.

Awesome Experience. I absolutely loved Blush. I was taken care of as soon as I walked in. I went to Kristin and she did amazing. I bought a livingsocial and was a little skepitcal about going somewhere new. But she really made me feel comfortable and listened to exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be going back to Kristin for all my hair needs :) Thanks Blush!!

Nick Deserves His "Master Stylist" Status. I loved everything about Blush -- from being offered a beverage of my choice, to my stylist being hip and fun, to him asking a lot of questions about what I wanted, to his fabo customer service and conversation skills, to the visual delight that is Blush. Really, they should have named the salon "Bliss."

Thanks, Nick, for doing a top notch job on my cut and color. I wish I could cart you along with me, so I had access to your services no matter what city or state I found myself in. ;-D
