Great cusomer service. Talk about being a damsel in distress. I got a flat on the I-215 going east toward I-80 (scary spot) and I had got flat tire. I gave the guys a call and asked them where I am suppose to place the jack? They not only told me they came out and showed me.

great shop, great people. ive used streamline for almost 10 years. ive used other shops on occasion(utah imports, alex's auto haus, strong audi, etc), because its true.. they do get busy. but thats because they are the best.

when i finally sold my first audi, i specifically looked to buy another or a vw. that way i had a mechanic i could trust. my car is my baby, and i can easily say there are very few people i want working on it. but id recommend streamline anytime.

Hands down, best shop EVER. The preceeding reviews are bogus. Go in to streamline and see for yourself.

Streamline industries is the most honest, knowledgeable, and hands down chillest shop I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with.

My husband and I have been customers there for nearly 5 years now, and there's no way we would ever go anywhere else.

While my husband was out of the country for a few months, I was so relieved to have a mechanic like elf because I knew his had my best interest in mind, and I didn't need to worry about getting pushed around just because I'm female and don't understand everything about cars.

Elf and his shop give us honest advice. They don't try to sell us on expensive parts, or recommend more work that isn't needed. Yeah, the shop is usually pretty busy. That in itself proves that they are the best in town because people will gladly wait to have work done on their cars since Elf's shop is just that legit.

One of our friends is considering buying an Audi or VW just because Elf's shop is so great. We recommend any and all of our VW/Audi/BMW friends to go there.

If you are the least bit unsure if Streamline is the shop for you, go in, play with the dogs, be amazed by the intense knowledge of the crew there, and feel what it's like to be treated like one of their own. Elf will tell you straight up if you are off your rocker, but that's what anyone would expect from a true friend.

DO NOT take your car here!!. These guys stink! They are rude and slow. They have a myspace that is totally disgusting. They claim to be swingers on their myspace......have pictures of nasty chicks on cars.......I would'nt want my wife to deal with these scumbags. Beside that fact that my buddy just had his fuel injectors replaced and then his car blew up................ They said tha it wasn't them but, their insurance company paid up! Bottom line, they are shady and I wouldn't trust my car with them. By the way, I think that they drink in their shop............

Service? What service?. Wasn't able to get my car in for 2 weeks and I had another appointment and was late and th guy up front 'elf?' called me and yelled at me for being late. WTF?

Six months after the quoted time, I was a little impatient. These guys are terrible. I took my 2000 GTi with the idea of putting $8,000 into it. Just to get an idea I ended FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS OVER! and I wasn't even finished. They are unfriendly and extremly unprofessional. I was out of town during this 7 month horrible experience and they prevoiusly quoted me $600 for the paint of my bodykit. I came back to find that they thought it would be okay to charge me $2500!!!! I mean come on! WHAT EVER YOU DO DON'T COME HERE. I would strongly recommend Modern Garage or Rally Sport Direct!
