Best Pho In SLC. I have lived in Salt Lake over 20 years, and have always sought out the ethnic food spots. This place is it for Vietnamese. Similar to the Cafe Trang circa 1988 (not the Trang of today). The Pho soup here is simply outstanding, and too boot its dirt cheap. The menu is divided into Chinese & Vietnamese, I can only comment on the Vietnamese side of things. Probably around 50 visits, and its totally consistent, cheap and oh so good.
