Don't sign up for a membership!!. I joined Beaches because I was going on a vacation and I wanted a nice tan. They offered me an unlimited monthly membership. It sounded great, because I could "freeze" the membership 9 out of 12 months for when I wasn't going to be using it. I found out later I had to freeze it by calling the corporate office, instead of through the actual tanning salon. I called to freeze it and the phone number for the corporate office was disconnected.

I decided later to just cancel my monthly membership. Again, that had to be done through the corporate office. Here's the tricky part.... The corporate office doesn't have someone you can speak to. It's an answering service. I left several messages and never got a call back. I finally got a call back (2 months later) and was told that I could cancel my membership but I'm required to give a 30 day notice. Evidently, my phone calls that were not returned don't count for anything. Also, when I was speaking to the woman from the "corporate office," there was a baby crying in the background. Real professional.

As far as the actual tanning salon goes, I loved it. They tried to give me the same bed each time and the people working there were very friendly. Just don't sign up for a membership.

Love it. They keep it very clean, the beds are nice and it's not as expensive as most places. They usually have good deals going on.

friendly staff, very helpful. I was looking for a place close to the gym i workout at, and it happen to be next door. I got in quick and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds and the rooms were clean and well taken care of.
