Always so relaxing with their dimly lit rooms. By far one of my favourite places for a pedi. They are a bit $$ but they do a great job and do it with a smile, and thats worth it to me.

Do NOT go to this place for a hair cut.. I started going to this salon at Fashion Place for a hair cut. I left because my stylist used a razor on my hair and left me with a hug hole in the back of my head that I had to fix by taking two inches off my length. I then went to Shannon at Sanctuary Spa South Town for a cut and color. She took 15 min to think about what colors to put in my hair then over processed my hair. I washed and styled my hair the next day and started to cry. My hair was beyond damaged and dried out. My bangs were fried and two weeks later still can't get them to lay flat. I spent $140 for a bad cut, color and experience. Please do not waste your time or money on ANY Sanctuary Spa for hair services.

Calm and inviting - even when stressed. I wouldn't have thought a spa in a mall would provide top tier service, but when I stopped into Sanctuary for a manicure and facial one morning it ended up being a relaxing and heavenly experience. The spa's appointment calendar wasn't working but all the aestheticians were as poised as ever and they had no trouble accomodating the clients that came in quite speedily. Everything was superbly clean and the atmosphere serene and calm. The staff invite you to stay and relax in their steam room and showers as long as you wish, and the wonderful Aveda products were plentiful. I would suggest to management adding a sauna and keeping the steam room a little hotter.
