Birthday Party Fun. Very fun birthday parties, well organized, the kids love it and the best part is the mess is not at my house!

Horrific experience. We had 63 children ages 3 to 5 years old for a birthday party. We were NOT ever told that we could not bring our own pizza. It does NOT state on Website, in brochure or in building when you walk in and pay that you may not bring your own food. Actually you HAVE to bring your own cake or cupcakes. The man working wanted us to take all 63 children OUTSIDE to eat in parking lot then come back in to eat cake. He ruined our party with his rude behavior. We agreed to take all the children outside and he continued confrontation and would not let things be. It was a horrible situation that could have been avoided had they posted notices online, in their building (Right next to the "we no longer take checks" sign) or on the brochure. The customer service ruined everything.

Great Place!. This is a great place. Nice and clean, friendly staff and the best part is that it is PRIVATE!! No one else came in to the room with us. So my 6 year old had a blast with just his friends.
