Appalling. I had a partial root canal done at this office. After the procedure, I was in so much pain and got an infection. It became so bad I had to go to an after hours clinic for treatment due to it being the weekend. On Monday, I called the dental office several times and was not getting an answer. First thing Tuesday morning, I ran into the same thing. It was so strange that the office would just be closed, so I tried calling from my business line and they picked right up. I heard the receptionist get off the phone and whisper to someone. I will never understand how a health care facility would act this way. Not answering my calls when they knew me as a repeat patient and was in pain is just appalling and bizarre. Not to mention, I had a half finished procedure that couldn't be left as is. There was absolutely no reason to act that way. Even had there been, they could have answered the phone and told me I needed to find another dentist instead of letting me suffer through the damage they caused. The way I was treated by this office was really sick.

Bad expereince all around. From the beginning even the staff was not friendly. I had a crown done and after 3 days the temporary came off. Then once the permanent came it was too big and had to be sent back to the lab. When I came back the second time it was still too big and Dr. Hickman filed it down to the point you can see metal and he tried to convenience me it was ok and looked fine. I still bite my cheek today because it is too big. Then the permanent came off two week later! When I went back to get it put back on a different dentist saw me he complained about the type of cement Dr. Hickman uses and when adjusting the fit he was scrapping my gums to the point of bleeding with no numbing, it was very painful. I had to have major oral surgery done and they would not work out any payment arrangements. I would not recommend this business to anyone!
