You should treat your clients with some
respect. 3 appts for something that should have taken just 1. No callbacks from the counselor when we waited over a week. I had proof of a fax and your receptionist tried to tell me I was lying. My husband waited in view of your conference room for a minimum of 25 minutes after his appt was scheduled..not one person acknowledged him or said please hold on our meeting ran late. For the amount of money your agency is charging you should have better customer service. The people you are treating are there for help not to be looked down upon as your staff treats them.
