PREVENTATIVE RIP OFF CONTROL. Id like to start off by saying I myself Have had many problems with this company and I would like to give them a lower ratting but that is not possible. I have contacted my lawyer and if anybody else out there would like to be involved in this lawsuit I am bringing down on them please contact me. This company should have no business even being in business. They also are trying to stick me with another year even after I paid in full for the first. They claim they came out and sprayed and that I owe them hundreds of dollars. They will harass you everyday by calling stopping by your house and sending invoice after invoice to your house. DO NOT USE THESE SCANDALOUS IDIOTS!!!! I know it may seem a little crazy to file a law suit against them but hey someone has to stop these guys from screwing over the public. I will and the money I am paying my lawyer will be worth it to me and hopefully help every body else out there. So if anyone else wants in on stopping these guys email me at pandtproducts@gmail

Horrible product and customer service!. Preventive Pest Control is the worst company I have ever dealt with. We got a contract that was for 5 sprayings and we had all 5 done. We then got an invoice out of the blue about a year after our contract saying that we owed them for another spraying. We told them that we finished our contract over a year ago and so now they are sending us invoices for a cancelation fee and if we don't pay they will send it to collections. Talking to the customer service is a joke and they will not research or anything. Do not use this company because they will rip you off and every time they sprayed we had more insects!

Prevetitive Pest Control in Sandy..BEWARE!!. I stupidly signed up with Preventive Pest Control from someone that came to my door. I was not told I was entering into a one year contract. On the first service, they wanted me to be recorded that I understood I was in a contract. I said absolutely not, and the manager there, said no problem, well discuss it in spring. They now are sending me to collections because I did not want their incredibly expensive service.

I now have to allow them to spray 4 more times to the tune on $94 dollars each time, pay $295 or be sent to collections.

PLEASE PLEASE - if this has happened to you, report them to the Better Business Bureau!! They need to stop these deceptive practices and get customers based on the service, not duping people into it!

Bad Customer Service. I was tricked into signing a one year service contract with Preventive Pest Control by one of their door-to-door salesman. I inititally refused to sign the contract, but then the salesman told me that I could at least have the initial treatment done and then cancel the contract within three days business days without any fees. The service was scheduled to happen before the end of the third business day so that I could call and cancel. All this was to be done for only $50. It sounded like a good deal, so I signed the contract.

Well after I had the service done, I called to cancel and was told that since I had the first treatment that I had to pay the full price: $159.00, more than double what I thought I would have to pay. I called the salesman who sold me the service and he claimed he had no idea that was in the contract. I tried explaining what happened to the office personell, but they told me there was nothing they could do about it and that I would have to pay it. What makes matters worse is that I have seen more bugs in and around my house since they sprayed and Preventive Pest Control can't even come and respray it for me, citing that "They don't guarantee their work on the first service." So basically, it's too bad for us that we paid $159.00 for a service that doesn't even work. I think this company and its salesman are shady, deceiving, and very unwilling to own up to their mistakes and work with customers. Oh and if you're wondering how much a year-round service is from them, it's about $600 dollars, way to expensive for pest control that doesn't work. These people are focused on sucking every last dollar out of their customers and not on quality service. I would not recommend using Preventive Pest Control.
