Run as fast as you can away from R&I

As an investor, I have dealt with many property management companies, and this bunch is by FAR the worst I have ever dealt with. They don't return calls, rent checks are often late, & they couldn't tell the truth if it hit them in the face. Check out how many complaints have been filed against them with the Better Business Bureau. Protect your investment & go with a company that has a higher standard of ethics.

Terrible company to rent from

We got into the house quick but with the promise that someone would come and fix the many things that were wrong. The previous tents had huge dogs that they left in the house when they went places. Needless to say it took us over a month of carpet cleaners (at our expense) just to get the smell out. Our heat went out and we tried several times to contact someone to fix it along with the other things they hadn't done. We have a 1 1/2 old grandson living with us and we had to wrap him in an electric blanket for a week while it was snowing outside! Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this company as possible!

DO NOT RENT FROM R&I

Utah R&I is quick to get you into a house, but does not know the meaning of customer service in any way, shape, or form. If you are lucky enough to find a "clean" home, they are horrible about getting back to you regarding them fulfilling any obligation to you as the renter. When I moved in, there was an old trampoline in the back yard that a previous renter left behind. When I asked about having it removed, R&I told me it was something I would have to do myself. I fulfilled my rental agreement, left the home clean, and have been unsuccessful at getting my security deposit back. I have sent numerous letters via fax and mail, and have called just about everyone in the company...to no avail!!! The one person I was able to get on the phone, was completely unprofessional , and told me he couldn't help me. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT RENT FROM UTAH R&I.
