Terrible service from the front counter. Third time that they "lost" my appointment. Just spent an hour in a snow storm to make my appointment only to get there and have them tell me that my appointment was not on the schedule. Its happened now three times. How hard is it to schedule appointments and answer phones? Apparently its insurmountable for Massage Envy in Draper. After 4 months of having a standing appointment this is the 3rd time this has happened. No attempt to get me in or try to find out what has gone wrong. Just "sorry, I can have a manager call you later." Someone needs to train their personnel to at the very least to operate the computers and schedule properly. I wont be back. I will be cancelling my membership. First time shame on you, Second and Third time. Shame on me. Dont worry wont make that mistake again.

Quality Massage at an afordable price. I've had massages for several of the Therapists at this Massage Envy and have never been disappointed! They exceed my expectations every time! If you go here, ask for Jewell, Dani (thats a girls name), Nick, Rachele, Steven, or Lara Jane.......all freakin awesome at what they do! You will love this place!

Terrific Experience!. I loved my experience at Massage Envy in draper. They were nice and friendly people. My massage there was terrific and the therapists really know what they're doing! They let you recieve your first massage at their member rate, even if your not a member or don't want to sign up! They have terrific people there and offer a great inexpensive service.

horrible place. They are mean people and pieces of you know what they just want your $ and after that they treat you like you know what... there owners are horrible and the therapist complain about them as well!!! - (during your massage) Save yourself the $ and pay elsewhere

Great concept!. Massage Envy allows you to join their massage club, which allows you to get one hour massages for only $39. A GREAT DEAL! All the therapists I have gone to have been fantastic. The ambience is very calming. The tables are comfortable with electric blankets underneath you that you can control to your liking. They let you disrobe to your comfort level, and keep you covered discreetly at all times. Every time I have gone, the only part of my body that has ever been uncovered has been my torso... they have kept my legs covered at all times, even when massaging them.
