Pork Burrito flavorful but extremely skimpy on the amount of meat, rice and black beans that they put on it. We have eaten at Cafe Rio on and off for several years. Sometimes you get an ok amount of meat etc, but more than not it is NOT WORTH THE PRICE! We even took take-out the last time and weighed it on our kitchen scale! Meat 1.75 oz, Rice 2.5 ox Black Beans 2 oz, the tortilla is what comprised the majority of the meal and we did not get it "enchilada style for the extra $0.95. As always we wont be going back for quite a while but then the flavor is almost addictive...

horrid customer service. Although the food at Cafe Rio may be good. The service at the draper location is horrid. We have tried take out on many occasions and there is always something wrong with the order, salad without salad dressing, missing but paid for extras, etc.. Would agree with "mshupe", on an attempt to call and get it fixed they were not willing to be helpful and were very argumentative. Furthermore, we were told a pickup time that was 25 minutes later than the pickup time on the ticket. Needless to say our food was barely warm by the time we got it home. What ever happened to the days when a business prided itself on customer service?

Yesterday was my last visit to that Cafe Rio. I will only support a business that wants to treat their customers well.

Stay Far, Far Away!. We have frequented both the Draper and American Fork Locations. The Draper location has NEVER gotten our order right and became very argumentative this last time when we asked them to make things right. When we arrived home to find we were short an entire meal for our son, we called this location who could not even find our order. While my son ate my meal instead, I spent my time on the phone reading my receipt to three different employees because they claimed they could not find our order in their system. I verified they charged our account for all of the meals with my bank, and they still couldn't find our order. They asked us to drive 30 minutes back to get the missing meal replaced. We told them that as my whole family had already eaten their dinner, and I wouldn't be eating mine for another hour by the time I drove there and back, we weren't interested in that option. The last employee told us it was our fault we didn't verify that our order was right even though I pointed out that they certainly charged me for everything on my receipt. When I requested a refund, they said they could only do it if I drove in early the next day before they took their receipts to the bank. So I was supposed to take time off work, spend my own gas money, drive to their location early in the morning, meet someone there to get a refund for a meal that they could not even find in their system? Love the food, but with poor customer service and the worrisome fact that they had our card number, online order number but still cannot find a record in their store of our order or come up with any way of making their mistake right leads me to say stay away from this location. Very disappointing. It may be a little more inconvenient, but at least we have another location we can go to in American Fork.

Best salads, YES, salads anywhere!. Once you have a taste of the best mexican around, no matter what you order, you'll be hooked. This place is amazing!
