AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!

I went for my monthly massage, while in town, and had the wortst experience of my life. The high school girls who run the front desk were complete idiots, rude, and didn't know anything about their job. The boss was a phony mess, and he too didn't seem to know what running a business is all about. After explaining the situation with my bank, he was forced to refund my massage. Then there was the massage itself! It was by an old woman who wouldn't shut up about how bad she hated the girls at the front and her own boss! I went for a relaxing experience and got to be a councelor for some complaining old woman with the flimsiest, weakest hands I've ever felt. So, take my advice people, AVOID THIS AND THE FORT UNION LOCATIONS (he owns both) I have been to most all around the SL valley and have had exceptional experiences but the one time I couldn't make my regular location, I made the mistake of choosing this one. Don't waste your money, people. This place is a joke and so are the people who work there!

CONTRACT WORSE THAN A KIDS KARATE MEMBERSHIP

So we signed up for a 6 month membership - talk about what I thought was neat, it was great, paid a minimal amount but then I quit going as much - so I ended up with 4+ that I could use or give away, I called, they said fine, 6 month membership over, use the last 4 no problemo, boom, charged my AMEX again, called again, said if I didn't pay they wouldn't give me the free massages (that I paid for), fine, cancel it! Guess what - CHARGED MY AMEX AGAIN!!! Finally I disputed it thru amex, they said "oh you have to cancel on our form only" CREEPS - could've said this 2 months earliers, instead they just keep charging. BEWARE WHAT YOU SIGN HERE - THEY ARE CREEPS!!!
- Pros: Massage Techs are good but they STINK at customer service
- Cons: KEEP CHARGING EVEN AFTER YOU CANCEL!! BEWARE
