If you need a mini vaca, this is the place. They encourage you to arrive early and take time to relax before your service. I have had facials by Kirsten and Shairstein that were lovely. I am starting signs of aging so have been recommended product that I love and reasonable prices. Then I have had an amazing massage experience like I have not had by Janice. I get massages frequently and many outside of US. This massage was like no other and very helpful to my neck and back with issues. I was butter! I have even organized girl outings here for a great day. Thanks Sego Lily, see you soon.

Loved it!. I've gone a couple of times and loved it! The atmosphere is the best. You really get relaxed before your massage. It's a bit pricey, but rightfully so. When I'm splurging I'll go here otherwise I'll find a cheaper Spa.

Fantastic and Spacious. Just had my first visit to Sego Lily this week -- I booked the Soothing Soak and a 90-minute aromatherapy massage. Everything about the experience was brilliant. The entryway is striking with their massive interior waterfall! The front desk people were very welcoming from check-in to check-out. The dressing/steam room/sauna area was large and comfortable, as well as the waiting area...I enjoyed the selection of snacks and iced water as well.

My massage therapist, Elizabeth, was fantastic. She was extremely kind, friendly, and customized my massage requests with graceful professionalism.

Overall a great place...looking forward to more visits in the future!

Super Relaxing Spa. I have been going to Sego Lilly for years, and have turned friends & family on to them too (both locations). The atmosphere is super relaxing, great facilities, very capable massage therapists & esthiticians, and always professional. I love the waiting room too - great place to go with a girlfriend. You literally leave feeling like you're floating on a cloud. It is one of the only ways I have avoided massive stress headaches over the last few years. One complaint - pedicures always dissapoint. Don't get me wrong, they are relaxing and the pedi room is adorable. But I have left several times with nail polish all over my toes, my skin and last time even had the polish ruined because she put way too much oil on top. I always have to fix the polish or just take it all off. I'll continue to go there for everything else though - love Sego Lilly!

Left feeling amazing and relaxed. I love going to the spa. The atmosphere is so nice and relaxing, a very welcome escape from my crazy schedule. Kaylie is amazing! She gives a great massage. i feel like a brand new person after my appointment. She is very professional and friendly.

Love it, but noisy. I love this place. I go there very often.

My one BIG complaint is, it is just too noisy.

There are signs all over the place telling the clients to whisper, but the employees seem to take no regard for that. I hear them all the time in the hallways, making no attempt to whisper.

I've heard banging around in the rooms nearby. (maybe cleaning the room) Last time I was there, I heard someone (very loudly) saying goodbye to their client who was down the hall.

It's very distracting and inconsiderate in my opinion.

Loved the steam room.. I loved these two rooms. If you want a place to feel safe and totally relaxed, this is the one. I want to try the yoga. The massage was a 9 out of a 10. I paid for an hour, It was enjoyable, but not all body was done equally. I felt like the last 15 minutes or so was rushed to finish. The steam room smelled like lemons and that was yummy!

great place to relax. This spa created quite the experience for me. From the big comfy robes to the relaxing waiting room, I loved every moment of it. I went for a prenatal massage which relaxed me and felt so good! I keep saying relaxed, but I really was. The massage therapist was very professional and polite. She recommend some different products to try, I appreciate the approach. The front desk staff was also very polite.
