Got exactly the cut I asked for

My first time, I called to see if I could be fit in. I saw Sarah Olsen.

First, the salon itself smelled wonderful and is decorated mostly in black, making it really cool. Its housed in a little gingerbread house which is also really cool..

Next, Sarah was very attentive, made suggestions, and was an all-around skilled stylist. My pet-peeves are stylists that care so little and are so unprofessional that they let you walk out the door with bits of hair all over your face and with uneven hair because they don't care to take the time to make sure each side is even. Sarah passed my tests as she was careful in both regards. More importantly, she gave me the exact cut I asked for, having brought in some pictures.

I was leery, having read the review about the hairdresser that left to take a smoke break in the middle of cutting hair.....but that hopefully was a one-time deal. I was greeted by both people in the room when I walked in and everyone was very professional.

Highly recommended.

Rough around the edges

Midvale needs someplace hip like this, but there needs to be some improvements. I've been there a few times now and I've liked my haircuts, but twice no one was around downstairs and I had to walk upstairs, another time my stylist was very late, and another time the stylist took a smoke break while I was waiting for her to look for something. Very disappointing.

• Cons: no one at the receptionist area, not proffessional

Bombshell Salon Rocks!

I just went to Bombshell Salon today for the first time, I had a bad day and thought getting my hair done would help. What a GREAT idea! The staff are so trendy and fun. I just felt right at home when I walked In. My hair looks great, this made my day!
