Never Buy your home from these people!. I bought my home almost a year ago from Castlewood. I have had many service issues with them. I did not have heat for 2 months. I paid for a digital thermostat and they installed an analog. I brought this to their attention at the walk through. So they never hooked it up. After 2 months of, "I'll try to stop by this week" I found out he was knocking on my door in the middle of the day (when I was at work) and when no one answered he would just leave. So I finally was able to set up an appointment with him to come; which of course he was 2 hours late to. Then my basement started to leak where they had drilled holes in the concrete to run my water line but never sealed the hole. Once again I no service I had to just fix it myself. I was told I would have my landscaping finished that fall. It has still not be done. I have a hard time even getting a hold of people there. I have gone to the office and it has been dark. I think they may be going out of business.
