Avoid their properties at all costs!. Unless you enjoy not having your calls returned, a pool overrun by drunks who don't even live at your property, and being treated like dirt by the jokes they hire to work in their management offices, do whatever it takes not to rent an AMC property. Google AMC LLC to see a list of properties to avoid. I'm stuck in a 7 month lease and regret the day I signed it.
