Love Love Love!!. I have been to so many tanning salons and the first time I went to Xotic Heat it instantly became my favorite! I haven't been anywhere else since. The staff is so wonderful and friendly and extremely knowledgable. They always keep up on their maintenance unlike so many salons I have been to.They always have the newest highest-end beds. Horrendous Customer Service. I told myself I would not tan at the Xotic Heat in West Jordan again. I thought after several years it might have changed, so against my better judgment I went back. It's a shame that I had to waste my time & money in order to find out what I already knew... The beds are run down, they are overpriced & the customer service (from most of the employees) is horrendous. I was put in a bed that was broken to begin with and was told I could not adjust certain things. Then once I adjusted another item in the bed it turned off. To make a long story short, I had to get redressed twice while they "were fixing it". I requested they comp me ONE tan to my account and was told NO and again told me she advised me not to push certain buttons. I asked for the managers number and again was told NO and that I could come in and talk to the manager when she was in... not really convenient to have to go in during the hours the manager works as they are typically during the day. Bottom line, I wont go back to this location once my pass is up and it's unfortunate that ONE simple tan could have made me a satisfied customer for the troubles.…

Best tanning salon!. I absolutely love exotic heat tanning salon! I went once and have not been anywhere else since then. I also recommend the avante bed. I always achieve a good tan every time I visit, the bulbs are frequently changed. The staff is very knowledgeable and the atmosphere is just so comfortable. It is highly recommended!…
