great service. I would recommend going with Famous Applicance Service. They were accomodating for scheduling and worked with my busy schedule. The technician was also knowledgable and helpful with fixing the problem. Also friendly and pleasant.

Famous Appliance Service. Really appreciated the knowledge of the technician in explaining the problem and repairing it in a timely manner. I'm thrilled with the 1 year warranty! And...they have Saturday hours..

Excellent repair service. The repair technician, Eric, was prompt, very personable, and knowledgable. He diagnosed and worked very quickly, giving information and options along the way. He provided several repair scenarios with separate estimates. I am very satisfied with the repair and would highly recommend this company.

They will cheat you.. These people will steal from you. I had 2 technicians come fix my washer. I payed the first guy 400 dollars and it didnt work then they sent another guy out the next day and charged me 100 more dollars. THen my washer broke the next month and ruined my hardwood floors. They would not give me any money back and asked if they could have my washer for training purposes. I knew they would just sell it. They were cruel on the phone and I think they just say things are broken to get money out of you. These guys are evil.

Appliance Repair. I had my Amana fridge/freezer/ice maker stop working. Grim!! I e-mailed Famous Appliance requesting information and promptly received a response indicating what Famous Appliance could do for me. It turned out great! They were able to come out that same day! I was told they would send someone out between 3 and 6 (my choice), and I received a phone call close to 3 and Ben, the service man, was there right on schedule! He had all the parts needed for the repair on his truck! Didn't have to wait for someone to go get parts, etc., which was really nice! I'm impressed with the customer service, which is lacking most times in this day and age. Thank you Famous Appliance!

Service. My beloved Matag dryer stopped working. I tried another repair service company and was not pleased with their "service." They never showed up. I was without my dryer for days. Finally, I called Famous Appliance. They came right out that same day, accurately diagnosed the problem, and were able to fix my dryer. I will call them again if I have another problem.

P.S. The problem developed because I was too lazy to move the storage stuff away from the dryer to access the dryer vent to reconnect it. It had come loose. The result, ladies, was a premature breakdown of parts related to lint build up in them. I could have burned my house down, too!. Learn from my stupidity, girls. "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure." !!!

Dryer Repair. This was the only company that was able to come out on the day we called. They offered a 1 year warranty on parts and labor with no additional service call fees. They have honored the warranty and have returned 2 additional times attempting to fully resolve repair issues.

great service. My 2 year old microwave went out and called the company immediately. They sent a technician out within the hour, even giving me a call to tell me he was on his way.

Tech was very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Though my appliance repair was a difficult case, he had it running the same day, even after having a part delivered from an hour away.

Will definitely use this company again.
