This spa is DISHONEST!!!. I had filled out a review months ago on this site, and for some strange reason, my review was deleted, Hmmmmmm...I find that VERY DISHONEST, I am not sure who it was that deleted my review from here, I find that very unethical!!!! I have had a few really BAD EXPERIENCES ever since the new management, I have been a client since 2007, and the original staff was AMAZING, apparently this spa was purchased by someone new, mysteriously the originaI staff has disappeared :(. As I walked in I was not treated like an important existing client, the front desk receptionist (an older women, not a very good physical example) was very rude and seemed like she did not know what she was talking about, that was the first offense, secondly the atmosphere was really unprofessional, that was the second offense, third I was not happy with my botox, I paid to much for it to last only one month!!!!! Please don't delete this review!!

lacking in customer service. I went to Radiance for a procedure and to buy some products...I have been going for the past few months and it just seems as if each experience gets a little worse each time. The front desk staff is always changing and as soon as I have got used to somebody there is somebody else there. Most recently upon my arrival, there was an older woman who "greeted" me by asking who I was and what was I here for. I felt as if she were :sizing" me up, and almost felt as if I had interrupted her from what she was doing before, definitely not the kind of service I would expect, nor am used to from my past experience. The actual staff is really great and seem to know what they are doing, particularly Mike the esthetician. So if you can handle less than pleasant customer service and front desk attitude, then the actual experience is good!

Botched my Botox. I wish I'd had the same experience as the other reviewers. It is a beautiful space, convenient location, and the staff seemed nice enough, but three months after my Botox was botched and I?m STILL walking around with a droopy brow? I'll never go back.

an experience not to be missed. I have been to radiance on 2 saeperate occasions. having just relocated fomr nyc i was a little skeptical but i could not have been more pleased. The ambiance was great and the clinicans are extremely qualified. Emily is one of the loveliest waxers i have come across.. and Carl gave me the best pedicure I have ever had. Sonia, the owner , was so welcoming and generous I was tempted to stay all day.

I see changes in my skin!!. Wow! Just wanted to share with others the incredible experience I had at Radiance Medspa. The atmosphere is a very cool New York City style, and the employees are all very friendly. I have had facials in the past, but the results only lasted a few days. I have been in twice and can already see a huge improvement in my skin! The staff is very knowledgeable, and I am so happy I found this place! They do everything from pedicures, to hair removal, botox and much more! Very VIP, popular place to be!

Outstanding treatment and a staff that knows their stuff!. I loved the treatments that I recieved at Radiance Medspa, absolutely loved them! Not only did I enjoy the atmosphere but I loved working with the staff. The staff is highly educated and the absolute best. The recommended the best treatment plan for my skin and were very knowledgable. I also loved being in a medical atmosphere knowing that the treatments being performed were supervised by a medical staff. I knew that I was getting the best care for my skin. After recieving Vibraderm facials, I saw a wonderful improvement in the texture of my skin as well as a clearer and brighter glow than ever before. I also loved the product line that the staff recommended for me. After three months of following their regiments, I have amazing skin, the skin that I never thought I had. Never before have I had this healthy of skin! It is definetly worth scheduling an appointment to check the spa out, I had not only a relaxing time, but an amazing experience.

It's all about results. Not only does Radiance have an extremely calming atmosphere, but they also give you VISIBLE results. I got some facials and was 100% impressed. They do a digital complexion analysis before your treatment, then complete one afterwards. The analysis shows the size of your pores, wrinkles, visible sun spots, sun spots under the skin that will come up later, etc. The facial was wonderful and I got to see that all areas improved. My pores had diminished and sun spots decreased considerably. My skin is much more even and smooth and looks more vibrant. It's all there for you to see on paper which is really cool!

first class treatment!. for those that like to be pampered and under the expertise of a physician.....this is the only place in SLC of it's kind. the staff are experts!!! from facials to botox to laser anti-aging

Great Medical Spa. Radiance Med Spa is the greatest new spa in Salt Lake. Great procedures, staff etc.
