most Amazing customer service & experience ever. I went to Lunatic Fringe by the sugarhouse park yesterday and it was the best experience i've ever had in a salon. As soon as i walked in I was greeted warmly and just by the looks of the place i knew i was in for a treat. I was right. The cute girl that did my hair gave me an amazing massage when she shampooed my hair in a special room with soft music. it was SO Relaxing! An aside from the royal treatment my hair looked better than it has in years when i left. I LOVED Lunatic Fringe and would recommend it to everyone!

Poor Service & Over Priced. After visiting the Lunatic Fringe Website I decided to try it out. The website states the price for a women's haircut is $35-$55 depending on the experience of the stylist. I called to schedule an appointment and got right in. The salon staff was friendly but it was very noisy and cluttered. The stylist who cut my hair stated she had been there for almost 2 years so I expected a good hair cut. It took her only about 20 minutes to complete and I was charged a whopping $70. I was appallled. The staff also encourages you to tip between 18%-25% I am not sure about the rest of you out there, but a $70 haircut that only takes 20 minutes to complete is not worth a $15-$20 tip in my book....anyday. This is Salt Lake City not Beverly Hills and it was a mediocre hair cut at best. I would avoid this place at all cost there are better salons out there for a much cheaper price. At least have the sense to call ahead and ask the price because the advertised rates are certainly not very accurate.

WOW! I look good!. I have very long, fine and curly hair, Cassie was able not only to cut my hair beautifully; but she also straight ironed it to perfection! I love the looks that I have left with after seeing Cassie, she listens to my request - not only for the cut - but also how I want to keep the style. (recomending the RIGHT product for my style too!) So worth every penny!

Good Customer Service. This was the first time I had ever been to a salon before. The ladies I spoke with were very nice and inviting. The girl who cut my hair did it exactly what I asked and didn't pressure me into doing or buying anything else. It was great! I was a little nervous and wished she would have talked to me a little more while she was working, but its no big deal. Everything turned out great!! I love my new hair cut, I just wish I could fix it as nice as she did when I was there :( The cut $40 plus tip. Not bad at all and I will go back :) Thanks!!!

CANT TOP THIS HAIRCUT!!!!!!!. Stephanie in Sugarhouse location is Wonder Woman with hair!!! I can style this great cut with little effort and have received compliments everyday !! She is also very friendly and has great ideas-cant wait to go back for color!!!

Casual Chic. I was a little intimidated to go into one of these salons as they have a very good reputation and I dont always take as good care of my hair as I know is expected. I had a color and a cut done by Donia and she spent a ton of time with me and did an awesome job on my hair. She didn't even yell at me too much for having box color on my hair. haha. Definitely going back. Very comfortable environment and very stylish girls to help you look your best.

Best salon experience ever!. I had been growing my hair out for about two years and was needing a fresh look. I saw Stephanie for my cut and she was fabulous! Hair ideas are always hard for me to relay but she did exactly what I wanted! It is honestly the best cut I've ever had. Usually I have to go home and fix my hair to get it to look how I want, but there was no need with this cut! Everyone there was nice, it was a mellow environment and all of the products were to die for! Not that expensive for what you get. I left feeling like a million bucks! I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else! Thanks, Stephanie!

MORGAN ROCKS MY SOCKS!. I went there today to get a consultation for hair extensions. Morgan knows exactly what she's talking about! She let me know, thoroughly, how to take care of them and showed me my options for colors. She is a smarty and admitted to being a nerd in hair school and actually paying attention! Which is assurance to me. I called to say I was going to be late and the representative and Morgan were both understanding. She's a super nice girl and knows what she's talking about. And the price is right! A steal for that type of investment. I'm going to see her in mid April so she can make me look my hottest.

Amy Barker is my Hero!. Great Salon, Amy really took the time to understand what I was wanting. After two visits to her I no longer had to explain, I would give a round about idea and from there just let her go. Wonderful Product lines, great team atmosphere. Thanks for being so wonderful!

I LOVE LUNATIC FRINGE!!. I have NEVER been happy with my hair until I went to Lunatc Fringe! A girl named Amy did it and she was such a doll! First of all she took the time to fully understand what I wanted and then made some great recommendations. The salon was really busy but she made sure I was comfortable with drinks and magazines etc. She taught me how to style my hair and even called me a week later to make sure I liked what she did! It is the BEST hair experience I have ever had! Everyone was sooo nice too...I swear I had like 10 compliments before I even left the salon and I felt so great about myself I kept getting them all day! It is defianelty the best time of the month for me when I get to have my hair done! Thanks Amy for being so great!
