I love Biaggi's. It is nice to have an Italian restaurant that is not a big chain like Olive Garden or Macaroni grill. It is well priced and a great place for a first date or a family gathering.

Best Ceasar Salad hands down!. We love Biaggi's it is one of our favorites! The atmosphere is nice and the ceasar salad is to die for, I wasn't a huge fan of ceasar in the past (my husband is though) but now I find myself craving it. The entree's are good as well, try it you won't be disappointed.

Absolutely wonderful!. We took my Dad to this restaurant for his birthday and since we were paying, we chose somewhere that was affordable to us. This restaurant was absolutely wonderful, way beyond it's price point. The building is very nice and very cozy with a large fireplace to the side of the seating area. The wait staff was perfect, got our order exactly how we wanted it, and was present enough to get us everything we needed without interrupting our meal. The food was so good, it is hard to believe that this restaurant is so inexpensive. I had the chicken marsala and my husband had the chicken parmesean, and both were excellent. For dessert we had the white chocolate bread pudding......can you say YUMMY? It was sooooo good! The wine list was also very good as well, nothing over $35 for a bottle, which is almost unheard of for a restaurant. I will definitely go back to this restaurant when in the Salt Lake City area.

My favorite Dessert. My boyfriend and I visit Biaggi's often. We love it. The service is great, and the food is great. They have plenty of authentic and "different" dishes. If Olive Garden is your favorite place - don't even walk in to this restaurant. It is not cheap, boring, heavy Italian food (like Olive Garden). Here, they only have unique dishes with great flavors. My favorite things to order are:

The Spinach salad to start, then the Pork Chops for my entree, then the White Chocolate Bread Pudding to finish. Even if you are one of those people that hates bread pudding, I promise you will love this one. It is by far the best dessert in the whole state of Utah. I would put it up against any dessert out there. I just can't get over how good it is!

A great setting!. As a formal dinner, I visited Biaggi's with a group of about 10. The seating was prompt and the waiters very kind. The food was prepared in a decent time, and each plate setting was set out at almost the same time. The waiters constantly noticed my drained cup (I tend to drink alot) and refilled quickly. Also, my friends have been known to be a bit childish, and as a fun joke, requested crayons and pictures in order to remember the dinner by. Without jokes or any rebuke, we were given them accompanied by a kind smile from the waiters/tresses. The food itself was quite formidible, quickly changing from the common "Olive Garden" favorite in the group to a "Biaggi's" favorite. Everyone was served to their own wants and desires. Since then, I have been there a few other times and came out with the same result. For the dinner and romantic setting, the pricing was very reasonable.

forget biaggi's, we call it 'tasty italian'. My husband and I love this resturant and go at least once a month. It's a shame that it's in the gateway, all the consturction makes it miserable to get in and out. We love the bread basket and the biaggi butter. I dream of the onion bread...ohhh the tasty onion bread. The portions are huge so we share. Our favorite is the chicken parm. Two large breaded chicken breasts with tomato sauce and a good portion of pasta in a butter alfredo sauce. We simply cannot get enough of the butter alfredo sauce. We also really like the item that has chicken, penne, mushrooms and carmelized onions and is baked with bread crumbs on top (cannot remember the name). Dont pass up dessert, they offer cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory. When we share we can get out of there for under $20, cant top that! Sometimes service is aweful but the food makes up for it and we'll always be coming back for more.

Best Italian in Salt Lake City. Biaggi's is a nice Italian restaurant at the south end of the Gateway shopping center. It is the best dining option at the Gateway (in fact the only one that I would highly recommend) and is quite possibly the best Italian restaurant in the entire Salt Lake Valley (yes that includes the rather hot-and-cold Tuscany). The ambiance is quite chic, the servers know what they are doing, and the food is absolutely delectable. I particularly recommend the chicken parmesan, though the eggplant and the sherry tomato soup also come highly recommended. For dessert you can't go wrong, though I particularly enjoyed the bananas Foster. Pricing is just a little bit more than you would expect to pay at a place like Macaroni Grill or Olive Garden; though if you are at the Gateway you are going to spend that (and probably more) no matter where you eat so you might as well spend your money at the best restaurant around. Biaggi's is exactly the kind of restaurant that we need in downtown Salt Lake City, and I, like many others, am glad they are here.

Very Good Italian Food, Nice Atmosphere. Biaggi's was an unexpected treat. Two business associates and I stopped by on a whim, and were subsequently very impressed with everything we ate. I had Farfalle with red-pepper cream sauce (it was a special, but it should be added to the menu!), as well as a delicious Spinach salad and Gelato with Chocolate cake. Everything was delicious. Biaggi's serves a variety of bread with butter-infused olive oil and parmesan cheese--I couldn't get enough! The wait-staff was very attentive and helpful, and the hostesses were kind and welcoming. I will definitely be back.

Great Italian Food. My husband and I went for a weeknight date night and I am glad we did because it seems like with the atmosphere - which is beautiful - and openess it could get very loud on busy nights. But that is the only negative thing I could think of for the place. The food was exquisite, the wine was great, the waiter was very kind and gracious. Oh and the bread is so very good!!! the dessert I had was fabulous! I left very full and happy!! The tab was not that bad either for a nice Italian meal with dessert and some wine. I will definitely visit again - soon.
