Panache Catering exceeded our expectations

Panache offered excellent food for a reasonable price. The staff was attentive and detail oriented. The Butler was great! The flavor and presentation of the food exceeded our expectations. We will definitely use them again!

Don't use for a wedding caterer!

Originally I thought Panache Restaurant would be a great place to have my wedding reception. But I found out much different. After telling them more than once what I wanted on my wedding menu, they kept giving me prices and quotes for other items, which were not even close to what I wanted or asked for. It took them a long time to respond to my emails and phone calls (over a week). When I finally was able to get the contract, it was very different from what they had first told me. An outrageous server fee was added, and a 20% "coordinating fee" was added. Panache was not planning my wedding, only the food and location for my wedding reception, and that fee made absolutely no sense to me. I felt my experience at Panache was horrible, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Amazing cuisine and wine pairings!

It is like I experienced my daughter's wedding in San Francisco or New York, not in Park City. The service was unparalleled for Utah. The food was fresh and trendy. The staff was knowledgeable and chic. The wine defied all expectations even for a lifetime wine connoisseur like me. My wife was so worried about Utah catering companies and what their limits are. If you are expecting Utah catering, this is not the company for you. If you are expecting an experience in food and wine that is like youre getting the best from San Francisco, then Panache is it!
