We were visiting from out of town and got our appointment times all messed up. When we arrived, we were treated extremely warm and friendly by their Director who directed her front desk staff into accommodating us. Not only that, but she made us tea and offered us chocolates......and it was OUR fault we were late! Our massages were the best we've ever had and the spa is so beautiful! We will be back.

Nailed Salon's loss is Kura Door's gain. Brandon is no longer at Nailed but is happily at the best Spa in town Kura Door. By the way the people at Nailed would not tell me where he went, shame on them.

I just wanted to say that the staff at The Kura Door is amazing. My fiance and I went in the other day and there was a mixup with our reservation, it was not in the system. We were originally told that we would be unable to do all the treatments we had wanted to do, two massages, an Okura bath, a reflexology treatment and a hair treatment. They were only able to do the massages and the bath. After our massages your staff managed to get everything arranged to get us the services we had requested! We were also given a discount for the mistake, a tea service and chocolates with our bath. What was originally a bit of a let down turn out to a wonderful experience and a exceptional show of service. We will definitely return to The Kura Door and recommend it to all of our friends.
