Completely ignored us!. We went in on a Thursday evening. It was not busy -- just one family at the counter. As that customer ordered several other employees (5-6), including the manager walked out and saw us. No one greeted us. No one asked if they could help us (including the manager, even though she made eye contact with me twice). When the customer at the counter finished ordering, the employee who had been helping her walked away to prepare the Frosties for that order. No one acknowledged us at all. We ended up leaving and taking our business elsewhere. I will not go to that Wendy's location again!
