TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Terrible customer service; will NEVER come back. Will NOT recommend to anyone.

Save your money! I'll never go back. I live just around the corner from Posh nails. They are slightly higher in price then the other quickie mani/pedi spots around, but I've been there several times when I'm in a rush. Today I stopped in for a quick mani/pedi and found a color I liked that guarenteed 21 days w/o any chips. The girl let me try it on and at NO point told me that this one bottle that was mixed in with the other colors was quite expensive. I had it put on my fingers and toes and figured I would be charged the regular $40.00, but my bill was $83.00!!! Apparently the one color I liked was a gel polish which added an extra $18.00 to my mani and $25.00 to my pedi for two coats of polish.

She said she thought I knew and I would owe the full amount so her girl could get paid, but if I didn't want to pay her girl would stay after store hours and take off the polish (which has to be sanded off) then give me a new mani/pedi. I couldn't understand how taking an additional hour+ to remove the polish and redo the service was better service then adjusting the price. Besides the probelm today Posh is a so so spot with no TVs, music, overprices, and the massages are very quick.

Long story short prices need to be disclosed in detail to the customer. If 2 coats of what looks like pink will be $43.00 more the customer needs to know right off the bat.
