Beauty at its BEST. I have used Blooming Pearl on several occasions now and have been impressed every time. The quality and longevity is none that I have experienced. I would highly recommend Blooming Pearl!!!

Business delivery may NOT be high priority.... ...if your delivery is going to a multi-business building.

ZERO stars for the deliverer...

Five+ stars for the great flowers!

Our first experience with this company is the first and last. For one, if you order on Valentine's day, it's such a hairy day that I'm sure everything can't go perfect.

My spouse ordered me a really nice, big bouquet, with a big balloon, expecting it to be delivered to my work around 10:00-noon area. The Blooming Pearl claims business delivery is a top priority of theirs. He says he told them I work on the 3rd floor of the building. In a multi business building. The company called, me (at 2:00pm), their secondary contact for the surprise delivery to confirm the address, I had to correct them which was ok, but I explicitly told them "i'm on the -third- floor", and they responded to that comment confirmingly as if they heard me. I called them at 4:30pm wondering the status of the delivery and they said they were 'en route'. And I said "the driver knows to deliver to the -third- floor, right?" And they said "yep", but oddly enough I had a "yeah right", funny feeling. 4:45 is rolling along... no delivery. 4:50 a poor guy from the company that works on the FIRST floor had to go around to the other businesses in this building looking for me, and found me at 4:50. I got to get my flowers as I was leaving work at 5:00, which were dumped at the front desk on the first floor. I totally dislike how one or more people in thie company dis-regarded the instructions my spouse and I gave them, plus inconveniencing the company downstairs to go hunting for a person that doesn't work for their company, which is the EXACT reason why we were telling The Blooming Pearl, that you have to go to the third floor. NICE. We will definetely not use them again. My spouse was so upset by that company. More upset than me. We weren't just plain unlucky for Valentine's day, they plain wouldn't listen to instructions, which made the experience worse.

Great Place to Get Your Stuff!. This is the place to go if, for instance, you aren't sure of what you are looking for...the staff are friendly and informative when looking for just the right thing. I have purchased the boutonnieres for my daughters' proms for the last few years here (even when it was called Flowerama) and always am greeted with a smile and a helpful hand...even when they are megabusy! Furthermore, as the Mom, I am presented with my own complimentary long-stemmed rose for my efforts each time I do so! That's the extra bonus I truly enjoy, in addition to how much time they put into making the boutonniere just right; the last time I went in it wasn't quite exactly what I was looking for, so the gal remade it while I waited in just moments! It was great! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for the best floral deal around! ~K~

friendly staff great flowers. I love going to this store. The staff is always really friendly. The first time I bought flowers here was the first time ever. I didn't know what I was doing. They asked me who I was buying for and colored some unique looking roses for my girlfriend. That was years ago. I still come back to this shop after moving to a different part of the valley and buying flowers at closer florists then regretting it.
