Employee Service is Okay, Spa Service is Not so Much. I bought a Groupon here, THEN read these reviews. I was a little apprehensive, but didn't want to pawn a bad Groupon off to somebody else because I didn't do my research, so I decided to give them a chance. Expecting a horror story, I went in, to find 2 guys working the counter (1 of which called to confirm my brazillion). It was a little odd, but if women can do "manly" jobs, why can't guys do "girly" jobs. As long as a male wasn't doing the brazillion was. I had my appointment with Mandy, she was nice, a little quiet for an appointment that is already almost awkward, but she was definitely nice and had good customer service. Only twice did she mention trying a new product, and after offered to schedule me another appointment, but was in no means pushy. However, I will not be returning because I feel like I only received a "glorified bikini wax" instead of a full brazillion, which is why I paid a little extra. However, if that's not what you're going for, you might be pleasantly surprised.

a half arsed brazilian. i wish i could leave no stars. i can't figure this place out at all, i try to only come at very occasional times because i've had such horrible service.

this previous time i came in for a brazilian wax. i know what this type of waxing entails.

what i got was pretty much a bikini wax.

she said the rest of my hair was a bit too long. as far as i know, it all grew in at the same rate, the hair was the same length from the previous wax i had.

however, instead of letting me trim it.. or her trimming it, she just let me go. i've got a glorified bikini wax and i paid 46 bucks for it.

how do you complain about that?? i didn't know what to say. i was covered in wax and hair and they even tried to sell me extra stuff.

when asked to leave gratuity i said no. i didn't receive the full service i was paying for.. nor did i receive good customer service.

the girl taking my money looked at me like i was horrible for stating that i didn't want to leave a tip. well chicky, eff you.. i'm not tipping for crap service.

this place has horrible customer service, they don't finish the job, they don't even do decent work.

i wish i hadn't wasted my money with them and gone somewhere else.

if you're smart. STAY AWAY.. this isn't a spa.. it's a farce.

choose any other place. Sadly the worst place to get pedicures or manicures. Never had a good one, I am grateful people give me a gift certificate for a pedicure but pleaseee not to this place, its a waste of money. THey chose not to remove existing nail polish, forgot to file my feet and only ended up spending 20 minutes with me letting me 'rest' on the bench for 40 minutes total.

close to home but waste of time. I've had three pedicures here in a row this summer and all three have been terrible. On one they filed and filed one spot on my foot forgetting the rest or the other one. I waited 30 minutes for my appt and then was rushed through the whole pedi in 30 minutes. The next time I paid for the upgraded pedicure but she forgot the "fancy" foot scrub, the calous remover and ANY lotion. Then since I had clear polish she said she it didn't need to be removed before adding new french tips/polish. Of course the new stuff peeled off in 2 days. Sadly I also bought the mani/pedi groupon and still another bad pedicure forgetting to scrub an entire foot again but also, this was the WORST manicure I've ever received the emery board skipped across my finger like nails on a chalkboard. No cuticle cream, no lotion, no soaking. Not sure the 15 minutes qualified as a manicure. The nice gal who did it said she only does hair, not nails (you know bc nails are beneath hair stylists). It goes on and on, sweet girls but untrained.

Be careful. All of the reviews that are positive are done by the owner or by employees - they arent even real!!

Love it!!!. Great experience! The staff was very friendly from the time you walk into your appointment you are greeted with a friendly professional front desk staff to the person doing your service. I just got my membership with a spa package as a gift. I went in for a massage, pedicure, manicure, facial, and a haircut. Every service was very relaxing, and I left feeling amazing! I scheduled an appointment with the hair stylist in a few weeks for highlights!!! The prices are so affordable with the membership.

They also carry Bare Minerals which is my favorite make-up!

It is in a great location in the Foothill Village with plenty of parking, convenient underground parking when the main parking is busy.

I loved it and will definitely be going back!!!

Cool place.... My wife got me a certificate for a pedicure, facial, and membership . When I opened it I was shocked she would get me something like that. After I went in I realized every man needs to be a member of the spa club. I will admit i was intimidated when I walked in, but after a few minutes I was more relaxed then I have been in a long time.

Huge fan of The Spa Club.

Excellent services... Excellent staff..... I am an avid spa goer. I visited The Spa Club for a massage and to get my hair done. I am shocked to read the reviews. To start with I enjoyed the front desk... While waiting for my appointment (because I was 5 minutes early) they included me and everyother guest in the lobby in a conversation. Which was nice. We were able to talk about other great services they had to offer. Infact I booked one of those pedicure they were talking about for tomorrow. My massage was AMAZING, I saw Melissa, I suggest EVERYONE gets one from her. My massage was only for 50 minutes, but I was told that by the front desk when I booked. Everything ran right on time.

Next I went for my hair, Katie was my stylist... Katie did an amazing job on my short hair cut. She made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. She is a very talented stylist!

When I went to check out I was asked if I wanted to leave a gratuity, I guess their credit card machine needs them to ask before processing the card. However, I found it extremly professional how they asked and appreciated it.

like I said before I WILL BE BACK TOMORROW!

fast food version of a spa. pretty much all i have to say about this place is it is a fast food version of a spa.You are rushed to get in,rushed to get out, service is bad, treatments are sloppy and you leave feeling far worse than you did when you went in.i did not feel pampered, relaxed or comfortable.this is not worth their little membership or whatever.the employees seem miserable and i could pick up on that.i had a terrible massage and a terrible haircut.then the front desk was rude and nasty when i didnt leave a tip.this place is a joke.go to a real spa where you will feel like a princess.i have nothing good to say about this place.
